But Caylee wasn't missing on the 12th.

I cut and paste this directly from their website. As I recall, this siting was given at the time that LE was attempting to establish precisely when Caylee was last seen and by whom.

She was keeping track of how long they had been gone so good that she thought it was the 9th and not the 15th.

I would love to see her phone records to see how often she actually tried to contact KC or talked to KC in the time between say the 16th of June through the 1st of July.

If she was keeping track, she would have been able to fill in the timeline a lot better than she did and not with stuff that KC told her but with things like, on the 17th I called KC at 6pm but she would not answer the phone so I called again at 10pm and got her. She said that Caylee was asleep, etc.

all of their stories stink to high heavens.
Maybe this will help: http://www.docstoc.com/search/Casey-Anthony-Court-Documents-Part-3/2/ I haven't had an indepth look at it yet.

1. there was a fight between casey and her mother

2. nobody saw casey and caylee for weeks

3. WHEN THE GRANDPARENTS smelled the car, they knew what happened

all the other tidbits are interesting and will help with the conviction of murder

but this is what the case is all about

anger, jealousy, and selfishness - enough to go around for everyone

I just found it thanks so much. NOW George says Caylee was wearing what on the 16th when they left?

You could be on to something here.

Do we know what day the report came in about seeing Caylee on the June 12th?

Was it before or after GA's interview with Greta?

I haven't gone back to listen again, I was doing other things and listening and could see Cindy pointing to LE's calendar. Thank you

The employee at the nursing home believes she saw Cindy and Caylee around dinner time at the nursing home, which must be between 4 and 5 PM. Thast doesn't mean that is when Cindy and Caylee arrived, just when this employee satw them. Then Cindy and Caylee went to Cindy's mother for a while after the nursing home, so I gather the argument had to be at least after 7:00 PM give or take.

That's possible, but I had thought it was about Casey taking money from her grandparents, since CA had just taken Caylee to see him that day. :)

I think you are right, I was just saying the whole fight may have went something like, casey saying mom its to cold to have caylee in the pool, cindy saying oh it is not, casey saying yes it is get her out, cindy saying shes having a good time and casey you only think about yourself, casey saying no I don't, cindy saying then why did you steal from my parents. Just my opion of how it may have went down

lol! Yeah!
Nancy is always a day late, at least.

and a dollar short! I wish Greta would become unpoliticized and start reporting on this case again. She has always had a very informative show without the drama and sensationalism.

What I want to know is any convos/threats Cindy launched toward KC regarding "unfit mother - I'm going to get custody" stuff. And this also feeds into Leonard's "Cindy has guilt" bent.

Panthera - Thanks for the link you posted for me on page 6 also.
You're most welcome! :) I too would like to know if and when CA threatened Casey with taking Caylee away from her. It would be important to fit into what I believe Casey did to Caylee on the 16th, such as did she say anything about that during the argument on the 15th?

So far, I think that the only place we have heard this is from "Rick". I couldn't find reference to this in any of the interview documents.

I am now wondering if CA didn't mention this fight because she's afraid she'd be accused of physical assault, and also because she feels guilty for being the straw that broke the camel's back.

Could very well be. Who knows what was said between the two them that night...I'm guessing it was very, very ugly.

If George is telling the truth about the pinstripe pants he could have been watching Casey to see what type clothes she was wearing since he already suspected that there was no job. On the other hand, the clothes may have been hanging in the closet all the time if the Casey went back home and changed into something else after George left for work. Maybe jeans or some other type clothes were the ones that were really washed.

That is the reason LP gave tonight on NG.
Yes, and exactly what fits in with the timeline. That's why I can't see them in the pool that evening when CA was obviously enraged at Casey about the stolen money. I think a lot of cover up was in that interview with Greta. MOO

Well Caylee wasn't missing on June 12..the day of the siting by a friend of the A's. LE has the log in book and the nurse at the Assisted Living Facility stating CA and Caylee were there on the 15th.

It's just odd to me that what she was reported wearing on the 12th to GEORGE by a friend is the same that GA says Caylee was wearing on the 16th of June, down to the sunglasses. The Greta interview was posted on August 6th..I'm trying to hunt down when it was actually filmed.

Well she definitely did something of the sort...You can hear her make mention of it in one of the 911 calls. "Rick" once again, is the one that told us about the counselor and custody issue. I sincerely hope that he is asked to testify at some point!

This is good info

So now we know for sure that if there was an argument between Casey & Cindy on the 15th then it took place that evening.

If we can find out for sure where she slept & what time she showed up there then that narrows the window down even more.

Well, it sure isn't something that would be favorable to Casey so I doubt CA would bring it up with LE. Ever after the 911 calls, Casey's been painted in a good light, with CA even saying at the hearing that Casey was a good mother.

Right but then the detective says something about her(the nurse) working a longer shift that day 12 hours..it was very confusing as to the time.

IMO there was no sleeping for KC that night..
