Yes, on the 11/21 NG transcripts reporter Mark Williams says to a question about LA:

WILLIAMS: Yes, yes. He was -- he was questioned right off the bottom. And the deal is, he was very close to Casey during her first arrest, and of course, when Leonard Padilla and his nephew, Tony, bail her out of jail, they were close. They have questioned him.

He has been nonexistent over the past couple of months. He`s trying to get his life back together. From what we understand, he`s an accountant in downtown Orlando.

I don't know where he got that though - I have only read that he was the manager at Shurgard Storage (after which made me hope that LE thoroughly checked that out), and then at Gameday Management.

LOL, I knew I had heard the statement by a reporter on Nancy Grace about Lee working downtown Orlando as an accountant. Somehow Lee just doesn't strike me as the accountant type, tho!

M. Williams does not seem to be able to give a straight answer. He NEVER just says yes or no to a yes or no question. He takes the long road to his answer as do most of them, LOL.

All the documents are floating somewhere in my head, but I believe there was either a receipt for a pizza place or a phone number that actually was a pizza place. I thought maybe he was asking about her ordering to pizza to figure out where it was delivered to so that he could figure out where she was.

Sounds like it to me, although JB has shown he's pretty dumb so far, so he prolly just doesn't want to spend the money since the DA's case is stronger on the DNA. One of the names added to the prosecution list today was a scientist from the Oak Ridge National Lab (ORNL).

Has the list of new witnesses been released? I was here earlier today and on one had seen it.

From what I could find on all the companies he was associated with, they provided the transportation to big events. Limos, vans, etc.

I don't find where he is anything important. It appears he books the set ups.

Early on in the case it was reported that Lee was an accounts manager. Then there was something on his myspace about being in the sports and entertainment business.

I think LP is getting a defense attorneys advice for what excuse they will give at trial for those incriminating searches. We've already seen it stated that someone else had a key to the Anthony's house and others used the car, had keys, etc.

I have a theory it was KC searching for ways to off her parents and make it look like a break in. She had been lying to her friends for months that she was taking over the mortgage for the family house. Per Cindy's statement, Amy had already sent out change of address cards using the A's address as her new one.

Personally, I think LP's insinuation was pretty inflammatory and baseless. I tend to enjoy LP and often agree with him, but sometimes I just don't. This is one of those moments.

Thanks for responding Nancy. It really threw me when I heard it. I had to rewind a couple times to make sure I was hearing it right. I know we've speculated that maybe KC was planning to off her parents. This is just something that never even crossed my mind.

Yeah-- it had never crossed my mind either! I do think that LP tends to have reasons for saying everything he says. It's possible that LP threw this out there because he hopes Cindy and/or George will bite and end up on the news insisting "I did NOT search for household weapons to kill my spouse. That's absurd! I have never searched for household weapons-- how dare Leonard Padilla say something so horrible!"
If George and Cindy publicly deny responsibility for the searches, it will become all the more obvious that Casey made all the incriminating searches. I feel that's why LP might have said something so odd and seemingly baseless.

My exact thoughts from the beginning too, that KC was planning to get rid of her parents.

I originally thought if would be set up to look like a martial dispute due to what KC had been telling her friends about her parents fighting.

But now....
Maybe she was going to let Zanni take for fall for it...Remember in the jail house tapes that KC reminded CA that she had told her months ago that ZFG had a key to their house.

I think the statement by Padilla was just to get a reaction from the Anthony family, since they are behind Casey 100% and not telling the truth or helping in the search for Caylee he may feel that one of them will claim they were the ones who did some of the searches, kind of like take the blame for Casey..Anything is possible though with this crazy case. Maybe Cindy wanted to get rid of George? She is known to be just as crazy as Cindy. It could be a plot Casey and Cindy had to get rid of George or Casey and Lee wanted to get rid of George and or both parents. It has happened..

The more information that is released the more and more I come to the conclusion that Cindy was admitted to a mental hospital and that Casey and Lee just might of been her "Victims" at one time. Not that I feel sorry for them, but I don't believe what happen to Caylee just happened. We have on tape Cindy saying that a neighbour said she was admitted into a mental hospital and Casey laughs it off .... What if Lee and Casey were planning on getting rid of Cindy, but something made Casey or Cindy snapped June 15 and their plans had to change? I truly believe that is the day that Caylee died and Cindy and Casey know what happened. Casey had been plotting something for a long time. She resented Caylee, Cindy and George.

Where has Lee been? We all wonder, he was so close to Casey at first and now he has just went on with his life..Is he the one moving Caylee around? As for Lee He was said to be working as an accountant in the Downtown Orlando area, but it has been found that he works at "Game Day Management" and they are located in the center of downtown Orlando. His statements have a few holes in them as well. The fact he was at T.L. for a few hours the night that Caylee was reported missing and the fact that he keeps telling Casey to send her little notes through Baez and not talk about anything during visits, to call him on his cell phone on certain hours for more privacy of their conversation and the fact that he knew if the DNA came back as a match their story line would have to change..I remember the case of the Melendez brother's who killed there family. Could this be where this was heading but Casey had to get rid of Caylee first?
