Finding elsewhere that she was reported as missing approximately 3 weeks after last seen. Map below, High Point in red-dotted outline. Noting this area is between Greensboro and Winston Salem and in close proximity to many interstate interchanges (85, 40, 74, 73).

It seems that the Rural Hall Jane Doe is an Active Case with DNADoeProject. I don't know if DNA is available on Ms. Morgan, but given the close proximity of her missing location (some 30 miles) this should be checked. The 2019 Doe is listed as 33-46 with a PMI of 7 months; having said that, still think this possible match needs to be reviewed if it has not been.
