Police in Concord are asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman they say has been diagnosed with severe dementia.

Deborah Carter Congdon, 60, was last seen around noon Wednesday at her home on Old Plank Rd NE in Kannapolis. Congdon’s family told police she took their red 2014 Nissan Versa Note without their knowledge, and they do not know where she could be headed.

Congdon is described as a white female, 5′8″ tall and 120 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve t-shirt with “Big Dog Bar” printed on the front in black and white letters, jeans and brown slip-on sandals.

Anyone who sees Cogdon or has information on her whereabouts should call 911 or the Concord Police Department at 704-920-5000.
