I don't think there was a sighting of Lynn on the 7th. There is a report that she was seen on the 4th in Salvo.

I know its all hear say at this point..but a lady who works for a real estate company on salvo said she saw the entire family eating breakfast on the 7th (found on help find lynn fb page), it also has been reported to officials. But if there is a chance this is true..maybe why they stopped searching in the obx? Just mpo.
 
The Dare County Sheriff’s Office suspended their search Friday on Hatteras Island for a missing Ashland, Ohio woman, due to weather conditions.

But nine of Lynn Jackenheimer’s acquaintances, including her step-father, sister, and brother, said they are not giving up and will continue their own search.

A vacation rental company is providing Jackenheimer’s family and friends with free housing on Hatteras Island for as long as they wish to stay.

am i able to post a post a photo to this forum?...i mean i know how to but am sort of new to this forum and not sure of the rules, etc....i have been working on a new wanted poster (with help from the family & daughter) & its done...i would like to get out to as many people as possible...i have noticed there are people here from everywhere & maybe some of you could share it with others

alot of wooded area near that too...my theory has been that he took her to VA...thanks for this map whoever posted it
 
just checked a few other threads real quick & they post pics so must be ok

i have been working with the family of Lynn on coming up with a new wanted poster showing an alternate pic of Nate with facial hair/beard...Lynn's daughter had communicated to the family & the specialists that Nate was growing/sporting one when they left...added some to it too since it's been 6 days now since she has seen him...here's what i came up with...Nate could really be anywhere, so regardless of your location, PLEASE share if you would

The Super 8 hotel where LJ was seen prior to the 3rd,

is off of 64 and 295 rather off of 64, close to the Richmond International Airport.
IMO he didn't want to go to the same exact Super 8/hotel where they stayed together prior to going to NC, in case it was noticed that she was not with him.
Here is a map with the two hotels in Richmond listed, as well at the rental house in NC and her home in OH. I haven't done many maps so forgive me if I did it wrong. You can see the various routes they/he could have taken from OH-VA-NC and from NC-VA.

Does anyone know if ns has a private pilots license? I noticed on his facebook page that he liked the Ashland airport. If he does are all planes accounted for in surrounding counties. He could really be anywhere there are hundreds of small airports you can fly into pay cash for fuel with out showing id.
 
There are several popular route choices between OBX and central OH. My family always jokes about "which one are you taking this time". Through Charlottesville to the end of 64 and then up 77 through WV is one option with lots and lots of secluded areas.(my favorite because it eliminates the big city chaos with DC). Or 95 to 66 or around DC to 270. And then there's the final stretch to OH, either 68 or 70 (the turnpike). God help the family if his cellphone records don't narrow it down somehow.
 
snicky069, Are there other pictures of Nate that can be shown? People are commenting on his eyes in this picture, and I'm just wondering if other pictures may show an alternate expression that could help people.
