The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for Marylu Carter, who is 64 years old.

• She is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
  
• She is 5'2" tall and weighs 190 lbs. She has white hair and hazel eyes.
• She may be wearing a denim jacket and blue pajama pants.
  
• She was last seen on West Fifth Street in Lumberton.
• A vehicle description provided by authorities lists a blue 2014 Dodge Avenger.

Anyone with information about her should call Lumberton police at (910) 671-3845.

Yep, scary place. I learned all I ever want to know about Lumberton during the Hania Aguilar case.

Lumberton is on I-95, the main highway that runs up and down the East Coast. Her hometown of Pennsville is very close to I-95, and the Budget Inn hotel is just off of I-95...you can see it from the highway.

According to her FB, in 2018 she was involved in a "complicated" relationship with a man in Italy. I wonder if LE has checked with anyone there?

I totally agree with you both, hopefully we are helping finding people and it's hard when looking at so many that are probably solved when we can help finding others. IMO
