I'm impressed with the prosecutor. She is tougher with Crystal than I thought she would be.

She is denying being drunk but I suppose in her world even medical test results are lies.

The defense seems to be congratulating her on her performance, but I think it was devastating for her.

Bang, bang, bang with the questions. She didn't give Crystal an inch of breathing room. Aggressive ADA. She got CM a bit on edge at one point, but Crystal held her temper. I'm not so sure CM helped herself that much. Dunno.

Eventually she ran to her friend's house--where her children were. She was good friends with this lady.

Wonder how much $ she is getting? Or does she think this sort of free publicity is GOOD publicity? Personally I wouldn't put any bank in what a person's opinion is after she has defended a killer and blamed the dead real victim.

Sheesh... I guess the DT thinks that if the DV witness can get to one juror, it'll be worth the gamble...

And she has talked with Miss Mangum. Discussed childhood, adult relationships, pattern of being in abusive relationships. They've met "probably 5 or 6 times."
