Saundra "Carrie" Bryson was last seen November 24, 2021 leaving the Haywood County Detention Center where she was held on drug related charges. Carrie also has pending drug charges in Alabama. She is a 39 year old female who is 5'6 and weighs 150lbs. She is blonde with blue eyes.

One of the possible reasons Bryson hasn’t been found is that she may not want to be — she has an active warrant for failing to appear for extradition and two more for probation violations. Through an intermediary, Bryson’s family declined to speak to The Smoky Mountain News about her disappearance.

Since she's wanted for drug-related charges in AL, and was apparently in detention for similar activities in NC, it's clear Saundra has a sketchy background.

At this time there's no direct proven connection between her previous arrests on drug charges and her disappearance AFAIK, but always something to keep in mind with cases like this. As mentioned above, there's a chance that her disappearance could be intentional.

Also interesting to note that her family declined to comment on her disappearance. Seems odd... If you wanted to find a MP it seems like the family would want to get more information out in MSM.

Hard to know what's really going on here.

In November 2021, my cousin Saundra “Carrie” Bryson went missing after leaving the Haywood County Detention Center. She has been gone for over two years. Carrie’s family, friends, and community are left without answers.

When children go missing, authorities are quick to act, realizing time is crucial.

Unfortunately, the same is rarely afforded to adults who disappear, especially if they’ve had a shady past, drug addiction or criminal history.
