Police in Charlotte are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man with special needs who was last seen on Tuesday.
Spencer Stratton, 35, was last seen around 3:18 p.m. Tuesday at his school, Life Span, on Kalynne Street near Lakewood Park. Officials say Stratton has been diagnosed with autism and is non-verbal.
Stratton, who is under the legal guardianship of Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services, is believed to be with an unauthorized family member or friend.
Stratton has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5′11″, weighs 110 lbs, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, a red and black jacket and gray shoes.
Anyone who sees Stratton or has information on his whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
