searching turned up mattress and prosthetic leg away from home of Z's dad and stepmom. Yesterday and today they've been searching the house inside and out, digging up the ground.

I found the post from Lucky describing how when working in a cancer ward you have moments of intense bittersweet the children there. Says that Zahra was hers. If this person is legit it is a moment in time that seems to describe Zahra how I imagine her in life, to a tee. MOO

Why do you feel things will get a little sticky here?

I wish someone could come up with this as well because I've been pondering it. IIRC there was a specific movie mentioned which I will not name as I cannot link to it being that it's FB and has to be treated very objectively. I always try to remember that you simply can't verify WHO makes the post. Anyway, I checked the release date for that movie and it was December of 2009. Iniitially, that concerned me but I'm leaving room for a showing in a discount theatre before DVD release. IDK....just speculating on that.

I saw the post also, but I forgot the date. Yes, there is a $2 theater that shows movies just before release in Hickory. It is BS for SURE that posted it.

I am really thinking all this is so odd. IMO ...

I was wondering all this time if AB helped her with the murder cover up why would they report Zahra missing at all.

All they had to do was alinate her family and move a few states over and no one woould have been the wiser for however long they could hold off their own desire to contact people they had known. No one would have known to ask for Zahra in the new place. It seems this was their plan. I also believed they had Zahra's body closer to them until they knew they had to place the phone call reportiing her missing.

So now it comes to light that Zahra's mother (whos post made me cry and I am not one to cry.) found their location which must have freaked them out as I dont think Zahra was alive at point Adam found out she knew it. Ruining the plan to get away with it.

Oh, how absolutely darling! What a little sweetpea! She looks so full of happiness and personality in those pictures.

The bio-mom's comments in a subsequent post are so poignant and painful. She had located Zahra only DAYS before she disappeared after years of trying to find her. Also, through a friend she says she tried to ask the grandmother, KB, whether they might have some email communication and was rebuffed.

Makes one wonder, with the timing and the possibility grandma could have tipped AB off, whether knowing that bio-mom had found them might have played any role in Zahra's disappearance.

I doubt there is some big conspiracy with the grandmother. KB was given news from a friend via FB to check the latest headlines that Z was reported missing I am privy to this info because I am on KB's friend list, this info was on October 12 at 12:43am (unsure of posted timezone) and LE would probably know this if they have been in contact with KB.

Tricia of this website has my private telephone number and can contact me anytime I am showing as online on this website for any further confirmation as she is yet to tell me what I can and cannot post in regards to information I may be privy to.

I am not speaking for KB but come to this conclusion myself.

AB's FB page is new and was opened approx 16 or 17 October depends on timezones. I have been on KB's friend list for a long time and it is only within the last week that AB has been added therefore I see no prior contact for AB and KB before Oct 17 via FB as far as those current accounts go which I am added to both KB and AB's current FB accounts.

I can't explain if or why or anything about KB's contact or lack of contact with biomum other than KB has stated on the Love 4 Zahra wall which was removed, that people should check their facts before posting, especially those who do not know her family and the legal history of the custody arrangement for Z.

Biomum proclaims to be some kind of PI over the years, going off the post she has made from the link provided today, http://www.thehinkymeter.com/2010/1...eview-of-yesterdays-activities/#comment-84296 . I am still curious why she never or at least has not mentioned if she had been in contact with the Australian Family Court to seek the location of her daughter.

I understand what you are saying. FB has had some issues with family members and friends of the family being upset about comments made about AB. Evidently, it is fine for the public to state their disdain for EB, but comments about AB starts wars. No, I have not been involved. But, I have read them. I think that is why (AB comments) one of the Love for Zahra FB pages was taken down.

through a friend of BIOMOM's who knew AB family, contacted KB and asked if there could be communication between them. The answer given to biomom's friend on the 5th of Oct was a "Flat out No" now what is the time difference from EST to Aussie Time?

UM no clue, but perhaps at least 12 hours. So if this is all true, then we have our predisposing, perpetuating, pre everything catastrophic elements that led to the stupid fire, phone calls and ransom note. Some how not jiving however. Would'nt the phone call to B the niece in law, have a more urgent impact. Biomom has somehow not ever been able to find or contact AB until the 5th of Oct? Yes, I do believe in coincidences, and this may be one, she also had the money to come here and prove a real threat at that time? Maybe, don't know. B the niece and court date are far more real however. Truly, it makes for a great storey, it is the most saddest of coincidence , and I am a soft heart and a good person, but, ( and here I guess I negate everything I just said), I am having a hard time believing that this child was murdered cause biomom had found out where she was. Too much prior history of abuse and neglect for the whole reason to be biomoms discovery. Just doesn't jive, there is a reason for all the subterfuge, don't thinks it's biomom though, more like all the past catching up with them. hope I don't sound ugly, nothing against anyone, this is all so emotional with the grasping at this straw, but really think all the pieces were layed and into play before biomom was a consideration.

WS is on the ball and we have tackled them all before they got a chance to do any harm.

I am confused now. Did biomom contact the bakers on the 5th? did Zahra know? Biomom finding out on that date that Zahra was in the States doesn't mean that she and her parents were aware of biomom searching for and finding them. I read her comments and am perhaps behind, but I did not see where she had actually made or attemped to make contact. Please correct me if I'm wrong, running behind.

Three quarters of the way down the page. I don't know if I can say who didn't want her to contact Zahra, but it's reasonable to assume that this person contacted AB and give him the news that Biomom had found her & seen the pictures of Zahra getting her hearing aides.

Yeah the picture of EB is horrifying and AB is right there with her with me. I use to give him the benefit of the doubt but no longer. I only hope the real truth comes out. They can move the trial to my home town..maybe I'll get lucky and be a juror. *dcackle*

I know next to nothing about the Australian Family Court system. I don't know what it takes financially or otherwise to put in process the recovery of a child from overseas who has been effectively "stolen". I am hoping an Australian poster can chime in with their knowledge. I do know there have been some very high profile cases in Australia of child kidnapping by the parents and it is neither a quick process nor an easy one. One case was never resolved - eventually the children grew up and then contacted the mother when they were able to many years later.

I'm not sure we're reading that straight. The impression I got was that Biomum couldn't remember the date of the "no" because it was in "Facebook chat".

I am just concerned as I see the potential for two diferent sides of Zahra's Aus. family to separate all of us from our mission, which is justice for Zahra, I think?

My inner sleuth wants to hear any info I can from vetted people associated with the principals in this case

BUT

My inner human is concerned first and foremost with them being on the forums and reading hurtful, angry things.

and I sincerely hope things don't digress into mudslinging or baiting, as I can tell you all, I have seen threads shut down and locked up tight for that sort of offense.
