This article gives some interesting history on Keadle's activity since he has been in Nebraska. Seems like he has a history of inapproriate behavior towards women, not to mention a shady character in general and bouncing from small town to small town.
He's the "person of interest," in the case of missing Peru State student Tyler Thomas.
Keadle is also facing new charges in a case concerning a different victim. They were filed Tuesday in Nemaha County.
Those charges: False Imprisonment, Terroristic Threats, and three counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree.
The victim is not being identified in this case, but authorities say the charges come from an incident on or around October 31st in Nemaha County. The victim was allegedly held without her consent and raped.
