I feel as though I'm in the Twilight Zone. What am I missing/misunderstanding here?

I believe AZLawyer said the trial is over and there is no need for Baez to withdraw since there is nothing to withdraw from, trial over, sentencing hearing complete.

I could be wrong but I don't think Baez was involved in filing the appeal notice or any filings subsequent. I believe it was filed by Cheney and Fryer.

This actually falls in line with what Baez said to Geraldo on his last appearance the weekend the tapes came out. That Sunday night when he was talking to Geraldo, something was said about the case and he said something like "what case? There is no case, the trial is over". After that there was some mention of the appeal and he said something like "we'll see her through the appeal" or something to that effect but it was not "I". Then we have this statement from Cheney that Baez's representation ended at the sentencing. So there you have it.

I know Dot Sims filed a formal notice of withdrawal but I am wondering now why she did that unless perhaps it was to make a public announcement without making an "announcement".

Where you been? He is an ex Christian recording star gone pastor, has seven children from a blended second marriage and has a school on the property where OCA has been living. He is apparently offering her counselling and spiritual guidance - all info released through MSN. Church property is chained off with no trespassing signs for the first time in it's history.

How do they explain that one?? I've never belonged to a church where visitors were called Trespassers??

What angers/bothers me the most about FCA possibly staying at a church? I think back on all the wonderful times I had growing up in church, at church camp, youth group, etc... Then I think how truly sad it is that Caylee never had the chance to grow up and experience any of those things.

Yes, me too and loved singing in the church choir as a young teenager. And ditto re Caylee.

I have such mixed emotions on this subject.....I'm just curious...did those of you living in Florida witness a very bright lighting flash???? Could have occurred when FCA walked into a church.........just sayin'......
