Mary Jo Long has a thread on the "Missing but not Forgotten; 1980's" board. She was from Austin, Minn. and in 1981 at age 17, ran away to live with her father in Gardenia, Ca. After living there and enrolling in the local H.S., disappeared a couple of months later. No missing person report was filed until 1988 and her family seems to have heard nothing from her.

It is not clear that she has any connection to the Allenstown Four or Robert Evans.
 
He was known to have committed a crime in the Cypress, CA area; there is some speculation that the woman may have been from he California area, particularly the Los Angeles area, due to isotope testing.

I'm not ruling the mother out as a missing kid. Yet. As horrible as it seems, I want to find a case like that to prove you shouldn't give up hope. Is that wrong?
 
Could Denise have made it to California only to become Donna?
 
Truly wondering if his first or middle name was Curtis...

Putting together a timeline list an noticed the initial "C" and "Curtis" comes up a few times

There is a photo of Mary with an unidentified boyfriend that bears some resemblance to BE. That's what I'm wondering about
