Yes, I am certainly suspicious of WN (the SF).

However, I do not think it's suspicious that he would try to wake CC up early in the morning during the summer.

My parents were very strict. As a kid, they rarely let me sleep in. Sleeping in was wasting a morning, in their opinion, and it didn't matter what I thought. Even to this day, I'm a "grown up" and live out of town. When I visit, they will wake me up between 7-8 a.m. (or earlier) with a cup of coffee.

I've read speculation on FB that WN is a strict military man from a woman who claims to be close to the family. I know we cannot say anything printed on FB as fact, but in my experience with military men, they tend to be strict parents. And strict parents, like mine, IMO tend to have more control over when their child goes to bed and gets up. This might explain why he would go to wake CC up so early.

That said, it doesn't seem like he controlled much when she went to bed, huh?

Yeah, I'm with you on that one. Websleuthers kinda have...interesting...views of the world. After being here for 2 years, my conclusion is 90% of everything is family related or falling into water and drowning. Not child *advertiser censored*, not rings of any type, none of the scare tactics.

The child has no voice. The parents are the only ones that can be that voice. I would ask the medias help regardless if they tore me apart. If the parents are quiet the case fades out of the media and in others minds.
Sad.
She needs a strong family member to plead for her return keep her in the media.

I saw this case on NG last night. Not sure if I have any opinions yet, but very strange that they put the crime tape up all of a sudden yesterday.

Recently a 16 year old girl around my area went missing in the middle of the night from her home. Sadly, I always think the worst when it comes to missing children. However, a week later they caught her on a local city bus heading home.

So it gives me hope that this young lady could have walked away but will return.

Many of the most questionable stuff from the guys on her list, you cannot understand anyway.

Lady Gaga has "Born This Way" that I think would be great for Celina to listen to. Read those lyrics.

Katy Perry has "Firework" which is my 8 year old daughter's favorite song and Celina should also listen to. Read those lyrics.

Taylor Swift, I cannot think of any that would be objectionable. They are about relationships, but a large majority of music now is.
Taylor is classy, sweet and well grounded. If my children were to "look up to" any singer, she would be my preference.

Personally, I've read nothing to indicate that Celina had few friends or poor self-esteem (teeth).

She just completed 4th grade! She's 11 years old!

She is not hiding or attempting to conceal her smile in any of the photos that I've viewed. Actually, she's quite beautiful. Additionally, she appears to be an athlete.

This appears to be a very small town. 800-900 residents. 85 students in K-8th grade.

By all accounts, she appears to be well-liked and has friends as indicated by her peers and the residents:

School Superintendent Robert Mills said the girl was popular with the 85 students in the K-8 school and was athletic, playing basketball.

He sure seems to have a lot of relatives who are SO's. And his own preferences are bizarre and brazen, IMO, for a newly married man to be engaging in. I'm still unclear on the family's exact living arrangement. Are they in a multi-family apartment building? I'm wondering how close the girl's basement room is to her parents' room. As someone mentioned, living next to a restaurant might be a bit unsettling--traffic, noise, just people lurking about. Could they see inside the house's windows without much effort? I'm hoping the sister and bro.(?) are singing like canaries if anything weird has been going on with either the SF or any relatives.

I'm curious about the mom. I'd wager she is distraught--maybe even putting two and two together. Must be really awful being married to someone who seems to have a one-track mind and doesn't mind being totally public about it.

I respectfully SOO disagree! This is part of the problem with the sexualization of CHILDREN. The videos, the songs, the treatment of women (by women) as sexual objects..
Not saying it's what happened to CC but at 11 (or 8!) children should NOT be exposed to lady GaGa or Katy Perry's half naked videos. :twocents:
