How was Seth acting? Gerkin: remorseful goes a little too far, its almost like, I broke something I shouldn't have.. it was oh no now what. He didn't seem panicked, very calm.

They did not call police or ambulance… why not? Tthe main part was substantially there’s nothing that can be done, somebody is dead, nothing is going to change that. Thesecond thing, a friend of mine, something bad had happened and I wanted to make sure they had the opportunity to do the right thing.

It was a few days later heard about it… realized nothing had been done. They went out to dinner, "when we came back we had visitors." They were interviewed by police… it was recorded…

She met a couple of detectives, they gave her a recording device, gave her brief instructions... and she met with Kat McDonough.

Getting frustrated with Gerkin's "matter of fact" testimony. If she would have called 911 maybe Lizzi's family would have a body to bury!

The first meeting was on October 26th, and three other times. Also on the phone. All were recorded.

She describes Kat ...It was almost like she morphed into being scared, confused, again had that nervous laugh thing going on she was very concerned about what was going on so she would get serious at times… deer in the headlights is the only way I can describe it

Kat said she was going to marry Seth, and as far as they knew married couples wouldn't be required to testify against each other. She was concerned about having to testify against him. Last meeting was on Dec. 22nd, 2012 ... the lead up was that Gerkin needed her to tell her what was going on because fingers were being pointed at Gerkin's and Paul's direction and that Kat was going to be implicated...

I agree about the "matter of fact" testimony. Lizzie was already dead when Gerkin's and Paul got to Seth's apartment.
