Identified as Terry Matthews by APD and FBI
Terry got married in February of 2006 and was last seen that same summer. She was never reported missing.

That link says that forensic anthropologists estimated she was 40-60 years old (which is correct, Terry was 54). It's a bit frustrating that it seems that information was never uploaded anywhere, not in NAMUS or anything as far as I can see. Her ruleouts were children (according to post #4 here, so that was the case at least in 2019).
It wouldn't have made much of a difference I suspect, as she wasn't reported missing, but still.
