Reno Police seek missing and endangered man

The Reno Police Department is asking the public for help finding a missing and endangered person.

The Reno Police Department is asking the public for help finding a missing and endangered person.

73-year-old Robert Traynor was last seen walking away from his group home on Manhattan Street at around 6 a.m. on Wednesday, according to a release from RPD.

He suffers from Alzheimer's and walks hunched over with the aid of a wheelchair.

He can only cover short distances at a time.

The clothes he was wearing when he walked off are unknown at this time.

Robert Traynor was last seen on Manhattan Street near 10th Street at about 6 a.m. on Wednesday.

Update on Aug. 15: The Reno Police Department says Traynor has been located.

He was contacted and returned to his group home.
