Wow. What a sad reoccurring turn of events.

I'm assuming this guy has been identified and questioned by the police? Very little is being said about him but it appears he holds the answers to the questions.

Previously LE had told Corinna’s family to not post about her disappearance on social media, bc LE was concerned about her safety. Paraphrasing, but something along those lines. I cant help but wonder if Corinna’s aunt consulted with LE before showing Dateline a copy of the order of protection. I hope nbc releasing the pimps name does not put Corinna in any worse of a situation than she may already be in. JMO

I havent kept up daily with posts for Corinna but I do remember that. I wouldn't have posted prior if I had known but since it is in msm. I do wonder if the family is trying to get Corinna home by exposing him? Perhaps they feel/know that after the Thanksgiving holiday that Corinna has been harmed much worse?

No worries, my only side eye is towards the aunt for showing the court order to dateline, not you for posting the article by any means. I just hope the aunt talked to LE and got the green light to share that info with dateline.

I agree. It is very concerning when LE warns against an individual.imho
 
I was wondering what led them to find her as the last place being the Haven Motel in queens.. Its actually known big for prostitution and drugs.. There Have been on going issues with the residence of the neighborhood since 2006

Two months earlier in July, just as Corinna was set to finish high school, she contacted her mom and said she had met somebody who could give her a place to stay in New York City. Corinna left for New York with just her cell phone, I.D., and the clothes on her back. Her family fears she has been entered into a sex trafficking ring against her will. The NYPD say they do not know Corinna’s whereabouts, but the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding Corinna Slusser is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). All calls are strictly confidential.

Desiree Gibbon arrived in Jamaica on Oct. 20 and was given a three-month visa, according to reports.

Her body was found over the weekend by area residents who called police.She was looking for work in Jamaica to help pay for film school, her mother said. She was a model and actress and dreamed of making documentaries.

"They said, 'Your daughter has been found by the side of the road, her throat slashed,'" Andrea Gibbon said. "They have no clues. They don’t know who did it."

Police identified Gibbon by taking her photo to all the nearby hotels. One of the hotels — Gibb’s Chateau — was owned by her grandparents.
