Disappearance of Wayne County woman considered suspicious
It was a typical Tuesday morning, according to Marcus Lee, when he left for work on Nov. 27. But when he returned home from work for lunch, his girlfriend of around eight months was gone.
"We had a great talk the night before, how we want to further our relationship….everything we were going to do. Nothing makes sense," expressed Lee, as he recalled the night before his life would turn upside down.
When his girlfriend, Jeanette Ciaramella didn't return home that day, he figured she would come home soon. By Nov. 29, he realized it was time to call the police.
"She left with no phone, no vehicle, no credit cards," said Sgt. Ritchie, adding that makes it difficult to track someone's whereabouts when you can't track a phone or credit card, or look for a vehicle.
Yeah. Especially since in earlier stories he talked about how she said there were people after her but she wouldn't tell him who they were in order to protect him and that if something ever happened to look in the particular location which is the location where police searched three weeks after she was reported missing.RBBM.
Red flag.
Yeah, the screenshot comment is particularly interesting.
There is a Find FB page for her ... not sure who is running it yet
Find Jeanette Ciaramella
ETA: Based on the writing style - using "too" instead of "to" everywhere I am certain it is the boyfriend running the page.
Not a word that I have seen. I would like to read or hear from anyone that isn't her boyfriend at this point.I thought you were joking, but holy moly Batman on the too instead of to.
Just reading about Jeanette now. It breaks my heart that Kelsey Berreth went missing around this time too and has gotten so much more publicity. Hope they find her soon. I saw someone reference her mother- has she spoke out at all?
And she seems to have a little girl that shows up in most of her posts-I thought you were joking, but holy moly Batman on the too instead of to.

Yeah.... wow...Yeah, the screenshot comment is particularly interesting.

Yes, that child was with her second-most recent husband. That divorce was final in Tennessee in 2014. As far as her most recent husband I can't find any divorce in Tennessee or New York (finalized or in progress) under any of her names. I believe she is still legally married (thus her real name is Jeannette Scarborough), obviously separated, and has been with this boyfriend for 8 months. And she seems to have a little girl that shows up in most of her posts-
We should know pretty soon if they have something to do with Jeannette's disappearance. If they did, one of them is going to give it up for some sort of deal (I expect Amber).Appears they are looking at these two... they were just arrested for kidnapping another woman a week ago.
Police say they are investigating whether there are any connections between the disappearance of a Clyde woman in November and two people arrested over the weekend for kidnapping.
A representative of the Clyde Police Department tells 13WHAM, “We are working jointly with the sheriff’s office in regards to its arrest over the weekend to see if we have any correlation between that and the disappearance of Jeanette Ciaramella.”
Ciaramella was last seen on November 27. She was reported missing by her boyfriend after he said he hadn’t heard from her in two days.
Over the weekend, a man and woman were arrested for kidnapping. Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old Elijah Jenkins and 40-year-old Amber Miller held a woman against her will for three days starting on February 20.
Deputies say the victim was kept at multiple locations in Rose, Arcadia and Newark until she signed over her truck to them. Jenkins allegedly threatened the victim with a gun and said he would hurt her and her family if she refused. Miller was with Jenkins during the course of the kidnapping, deputies allege.
