This>GR told Jason that he and Jen would get counseling, so that it would appear that GR was trying to work on the relationship. (VI Jillian, Post #610)

That>Wicks: "His love for (Jennifer) waned, but he never talked bad about her... He agreed to go to marriage counseling."

Not sure where Matt got his quote that wasn't said the way he reported

forgot to mention:

garcia mentioned WS in court today. solus can explain better, but the line of questioning did cause some audible gasps. it started with something like, "are you familiar with a site called Websleuths?"...

Thought that might be the case. That's why I posted both...gives a totally different impression of the loving husband.

Garcia tried to antagonize me by asking what Solus meant and coming up with his own meaning. Then tried to ask about my initial posts that supported G. Mr. McBride objected and they approached the bench. Couldn't hear all they were saying, but the objection was sustained and he couldn't continue where he was going.

I really did not like that man. He wasn't as arrogant when I started asking him questions.

GR must have known prior to this morning that JW would be testifying today.

How was his demeanor in the courtroom today? Only saw perhaps two photos of him, and in those he did not appear as chipper today as he had appeared in photos from the previous days.

NOW i get it. thank you. i forgot that he was going in the direction of tearing apart your initial posts here. someone's been busy catching up on WS. we now know he has at least two hobbies. critiquing WS'ers, and hanging out with his hand, which he stated to the jury was his "best friend" (as he held it up in the air). this isn't a case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing. :blushing:

he turned the waterworks on when JW testified, and again when Tom did. other than that, poker face. he wasn't smiling like he did the other days.

It may be best for someone else to answer. When he turned around and saw me sitting there he didn't look chipper. To me he looked hurt.

Prayers for you Solus! This must be so difficult for you.

Thank you to all that were there, either to testify or to be of support.
I must admit to having a wild crush on "The Rock"...Amazing that even
"The Rock" told more truth, than GR.
Hang in there...and know that we are with you in our hearts. :heartbeat:

Jillian and Solus, its so good to see you both here and thank you so much for keeping us informed about the trial going on.

i don't understand where the 74 minute time frame is coming from.

if she was killed at 8:15'ish, and he arrived at the Y at noon'ish, that's around 4 hours.

what am i missing here?

Excellent point! Did the State mention a 74 minute time frame in their opening statements? I believe something was said about cleaning up after the murder, but how long would that take? Did it have something to do with his computer logging in his activity?

it was just explained to me that that time frame starts at the time jen's phone still pinged in the house (11:30) and the time he was seen on camera at the Y (12:44).

I've just been thinking about that - what if GR took Jenn's phone up to the bridge to dispose of it later on that night, wee small hours of the am, or the next day even?. He may have forgotten about her phone when he was frantically getting everything else sorted out then realized it after he got back home again?. imo
