Hey all, I think the people on this forum are very bright and intelligent people and have done some staggering work thus far. And for what it's worth I wanted to thank all of you for sharing your time and effort to do anything you can to help these families. Also, the people who have intimate knowledge of the are from living there or vacationing there have provided invaluable information. Anyway, it's reassuring to know there are people out there who care about others, even complete strangers, regardless of lifestyle.
I have had many thoughts about this case and cases, and now I am more confused and filled with doubt than ever before. However, I would like to provide some information and experience to help in any way I can. So here goes,
1. I live in the North Jersey area, about 15 minutes from Jersey City, where SG is from. I also know the service she used, Lace Party Girls, or whatever the new title is. The often do escorts, outcall only, and are available 24/7 for the right price. The range is usually from $200-$500 an hour, depending on location. They also do Bachelor parties and some provide special services depending on what the client wants. They will often send girls all over the NYC metro area to meet clients.
2. This company, and almost all the others like it, employ drivers on staff to make sure everything goes smoothly - from directions, to payment, to security. They are typically just regular guys who are hired for these jobs, often bigger, intimidating people (not always though) So, I am inclined to believe strongly that whoever drove SG was not employed by the john at all. That would never happen, an escort on an outcall at 2am would get into a car with a stranger, especially one who may not even be the john.
3. It is possible, of course, that SG branched out of the company and went independent, which alot of girls do, however, when they are independent, they typically do only incall at hotels to limit their risk as much as thy can. Still tho, if SG went independent, she would without a doubt have a driver with her, someone she knew and trusted, or thought she could trust. Honestly, from seeing the typical drivers, they are not the type who would strike you as a sick, evil person. They're often disinterested, i.e. playing poker while waiting in the car. So to me, SG's driver (meaning the man who drove her to LI) is not a suspect. Even though he left and figured she could find her way home is stupid and cruel, I seriously doubt he is connected.
4. Independent escorts often travel all over the coasts staying in different hotels. For intstance, maybe 4 days in NJ & NYC, 3 days in Fla, 4 days in Philly etc...Although it seems SG was close to her family, so my hunch is that she mostly stayed local.
5. And finally, today while searching some pages, I found an ad/review from 2010 that appeared to be from SG. I also discovered a few posts reviewing her services and people asking how to contact her, where does she advertise, what's she like etc. There are many websites and forums for these sort of things, and with a little digging, I'm sure most people can find them. Anyway, I saw SG post her phone number on one ad, and my heart dropped. I felt like I invaded something that was hers, something about that number made me nauseous, because we learned the person who did this used her phone. It was a surreal, heartbreaking thing to see.
