DESCRIPTION
Sex: Female Age: 16 (approx.) Height: 5' 6" Hair: Black
Clothing/Jewelry: T-shirt w/Perfect Thyroid band logos, bra, boxer shorts, and cargo pants pictured above.
Located: On May 6, 2000, the badly decomposed remains of a racially mixed female were found in the vicinity of 60th Street and the East River in Manhattan, New York, within the confines of the 19th Precinct. The cause of death has not been determined and her weight is unknown due to bloating. The estimated year of birth is 1985. The photograph above is a computer-generated facial reconstruction done by a forensic artist at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Features such as nose, size of lips, eye color and ears are the estimations of the artist to complete the image and should not be used as a significant marker for identification. The pictures of clothing above are articles found on the body, a t-shirt with "skunkjam" on the front and a "Perfect Thyroid" on the back, and dark cargo pants. She was also wearing a navy-blue bra and blue-paisley patterned boxers.
Those "Cargo Pants" I beleive are called UFO's. They were popular rave wear.
Not that half the kids wearing them went to raves. They were in Middle School.
Those pants are about $65.00 a pair and were very popular in 2000,2001.
I see those bungee strings on them in the picture, try washing them with other things in the washer.
here is a close up

One more thing , if a person is considered Hispanic ,How do they know that?
Could they be Italian?
Is it by skin tone?
Is it a genetic test?
Or measurement of the head or eyes?
