I hear 'experts' disagreeing on whether or not Sweat will talk. We shall see...............

I do hope he talks because imo this is much deeper than Tillie and Palmer.

But I really don't see any incentive for him to talk unless they let him pick the maximum security prison he is going to go to.

There is no way all of those smooth very neat cuts on all the things they had to cut through was done with a hacksaw. My husband owns a side business and he is a certified welder. He said there is no way in hell those very neat cuts were made with a hacksaw blade. So there are others involved too imo. For all we know it may go way up the food chain as far as who else is involved.

Like I said earlier, I have a feeling some that work in that prison are very nervous right about now and may have their own personal reasons why they hope Sweat doesn't make it.

I just don't understand why. Two weeks ago he went on CNN claiming Sweat and Matt were two of the guys who shoplifted the down jacket store in Canada. Then yesterday his wife claimed they had already killed or captured Sweat on Friday. These two need to go home. JMO

Yeah, pretty silly to think that was done with a hacksaw. What does you husband think was used to make those cuts? A cutting torch? Could that be done from the inside, or were the cuts made from the outside?

Is he permitted to sell his story? The state of NY needs to allow him to tell it, sell it and confiscate the funds for the search.

Snitching on prison guards that helped you escape is a sure way to be hated and abused by all guards and inmates that the guards are cool with.

Publicly Snitching in max prison is a big No No.

I saw in an article somewhere - don't have a link atm - a lady who was interviewed state that her daughter hasn't been able to play outside in awhile. Others haven't slept properly, haven't felt comfortable going about their daily lives. I know that I would have barricaded my doors at night. That level of unease must have the residents exhausted. I'm glad they will all get a good night's sleep tonight - the police deserve it but so do the residents.

They were terrorizing people just by their presence in the area.

I thought it was federal law that prohibits that but if it isn't then it's NY law. Criminals profiting off their crime like that I mean. But I'm not a lawyer and could be wrong, that could be something that was changed or something.

My sister sent me a text to tell me Sweat was shot but alive and in custody.
Glad the manhunt is over and that they took him alive! Hoping he pulls through so he can be questioned.
