on the night of February 19th 1984, 30 year old Christina Clarkson was walking home after visiting a tavern in West Hempstead. She decided to take a short cut across some railroad tracks. Unfortunately, Someone grabbed her and dragged her behind a factory. Christine was beaten to death, her body was found on top of a pile of wood in cardboard, near a railroad siding, located between 2 factories.

She was fully dressed and there were no signs of sexual assault

If she wasn't assaulted sexually, then it's harder to understand the motive. Robbery? It's not listed if she had missing money or credit cards or known jewelry. But that is never mentioned as a possible motive in old newspaper articles. It's possible the attacker just gave up on sexually assaulting her when she fought back so much.

sexual assault can occur without evidence left behind. They arent saying she wasnt sexual assaulted, just that there isnt evidence
