Yes, Micheal Fredrick Reynolds can be added to the list of people who are not a match for the unidentified male. I contacted the Albuquerque Crime Stoppers, and they told me that Micheal was not a match.
As for the conversation with the ME's office...
After I explained to him why I wanted the information, and gave him the ME/C case#, I asked him if there were any other tattoos besides the Love/Hate tattoo on the knuckles, did he have surgical scarring or anything in his dental that could distinguish him from others ( i.e. dentures, crowns, fillings). He very simply asked me if I had seen the profile on NamUs. I told him that I had. After I told him that, he said that information featured on NamUs, about the unidentified male is the information they have. He said that all the information posted on the site about the unidentified male came directly from their office.
