we obtained secret video of mommy with baby elaina taken just hours before... yadda yadda...

did mommy take off in the mystery van at midnight just hours before baby vanishes?

and now outside court a fight breaks out..

We are also finding out that contrary to previous reports nobody but boyfriend and mommy have seen Elaina since Saturday night.

Fred, what happened at the preliminary hearing today?

That was the first surprised of the day was that it was Toledo PD that asked for the continuance, normally it would be the defense attorney if they weren't prepared, the family seems to think after talking to him afterwards that police might think they have something more. The altercation was just an embarrassment to everybody, it began as a shouting match but thankfully it didn't come to fisticuffs..

NG- that happens, tempers run high, so I'm not surprised at this at all but what I'm more interested in is why police, not the lawyer, not the prosecutor, why they want a delay. Something is brewing, did they think they might get something over the weekend?

That's the thought, the family has hope the police thinks they're close to a resolution.

Nancy, as you just played the video of them fighting outside the courtroom, we definitely know that about the restraining order, but we also hear about people going past RS's house hollering "you're a murderer" but another interesting thing we learned today is there were no further searches today, but there is a group coming up today from Texas and so are a lot of volunteers to search tomorrow.

Wait, am I to understand with no further searches today they may think she is alive?

Well I don't like saying it but if she is passed and possibly presumed dead we have to be open to all avenues.

Why do YOU have a cadaver dog?

I have a cadaver dog because.. well she's out there it's been over two weeks now, she's 18 months old she's not living off the land all alone.

Ok so as you're working with your intuitions, whatever you do, and you have a cadaver dog. Did the dog hit anywhere?

Well there's a fine line, when you say "hit".. both dogs showed interest.

Yes, I said both.. I have three dogs total...

(NG talking about it could be a hit on dried blood, not just a dead body.)

All I can say is I did get permission to do a perimeter search of the house and that was after Simon went up and down the alley, no interest whatsoever, and I didn't know what house theirs ...

Wow it's hard for me to disclose but uhh the rear of the yard.

Did somebody ask you not to reveal the location?

Nobody did but I'm doing it out of respect for the Toledo police.

To RS, this is Angela's father, what happened at hte courthouse today? Why did it devolve into a big brouhaha in front of hte courthouse, what hapened?

I went ther etoday and said I didn't want him to make any smart remarks like last week in the court, he said he didn't and I said you did too and don't do it no more and another guy said to go sit down and (he's carrying on)...

I was sitting inside hte courthouse with my mother in law and father in law and RS came upstairs and made a straight beeline from the escalators to me and said to me he doens't want to hear anymor elies out of me like last night and he'd kick my *advertiser censored* and I said go sit down, I didn't want to hear it.

TJ what happened?

Like my father said, he warned me of what happened before I got there, deputies and bailiffs were around the court proceedings, I walked outside and RS was talking to someone I think it was a reporter I'm not sure and he kept saying my brother was driving past his house shouting baby killer and I said a whole bunch of people are driving around town shouting "bring Elaina home"... (missed a bunch, the phone rang)

IF you read hte newspaper, it stated the boyfriend's mother changed the baby's diaper and gave her a bottle - RS

Out to Christie Edmonds, no ma'am she did not. My aunt said she went to bed around 10 oclock that night and that was the last time she saw that baby, Steven told my aunt that Angela gave her a juice cup and put her down for a nap.

(Same last name as the person who posted the interesting comment on that one news article a day or two ago referring to JK as his aunt.)

Do you know if TES plans to use any volunteer searchers? Have they set anything up to collect donations, supplies and food/drink for the search teams?

When Tim Miller helped us search.I don't remember him accepting anything. We had hotel rooms donated for his team. He is a great guy. We donated funds to Texas Equuasearch.

Christie: What they told me is it was a regular morning she was no different than any other morning -
they played with her, changed her diaper, gave her a cup, laid her down, went out to a store called "universal"...

angela was in and out of the house, like, she would go outside and smoke then go back in, then they went out to the dollar general, got back ,then TJ showed up, gave her the first um daughter, TJ left got his dad came back, argued again, my aunt sent steven inside... (rest of timeline)

i remember a case where the little boy was reported missing... he was so abused anyway like a week later he was found under the front porch. i hope le has searched well...

Now, after watching JVM, we know that "this" was the freedom to smoke cigarettes and maybe some pot, which is banned at RS home (throat cancer reportedly.) he also allegedly had methadone, or something similar given to recovering addicts.

You were right on the money--very astute of you.

That thought has been nagging at me since I read it. I just don't think it was regular cigs or pot. Had to be something more. IMOO I think she went to his house (if you can call that pig sty a house) for something more nefarious, and kids be damned!
Also, I'm going out on a limb here because I only got to watch one of videos of her once. When she was in court, it seemed to me that she was scratching her arms as if itching. Perhaps nerves, but maybe heroin?

Ok, let me get this straight. Angela was terrified that she "would be next" if she said a word about what really happened but Frank feels so safe with the big, bad SK & crew still on the loose that he keeps resetting his clock to get a few more 15 minutes of fame. Yeah ... I don't buy it, Angela. Try again.

I don't know if the room was really that dirty. It looks to me like the police "tossed" the room for evidence.

Told from steven they got up 830-9, she was playing iwth her toys, there was nothing out of the ordinary with her, she had gotten tired, he laid her on the bed angela changed her gave her a cup of juice, they both left

that is what the question is.. there was a young friend of his brothers sleeping on the couch so steven knew that if the baby woke up he would get up with her...

so then they went to universal, came back, steven was out front playing with the two older kids, angela was out front, would come out to smoke and go back in. they left and went to general dollar , i'm not sure what they purchased then, and hten just a short time later TJ showed up to get Kylee, (rest of timeline)... aunt and uncle came down tried to de-escalate the situation, aunt sent steven inside, uncle told angela to go get the baby...

have you seen angela during all of this christie?

one time after the baby went missing when she came to my aunts to get the baby's clothes and toys, she came in she was very angry because the room was a mess, the fbi agent explained that the police tore up that room... (people talking here in my house, sorry missing bits).. that tj wouldn't let her have kylee for the weekend, said we're here to get your stuff, heard her open something, do'nt knwo if it was a door or box, fbi agent said whhat's that, she said it's two bracelets that i bought for kylee and elaina (missed something, kids won't stop talking to me), said "i didn't have enough time with Elaina", my heart dropped...

said he felt a small bump on the back of her head the size of mosquito bite or bee sting said he asked angela what it was she said she wasn't sure but the kids were playing rough today and she probably got a little bump, but there was no blood or anything..

why did SK go out the door?

my aunt and steven went out the back because htey knew nobody went out the front door because everybody else was out front they would've seen her, so they went out the back door to make sure that nobody went out that way and my brother joined them out back ... So wait your aunt did not see the baby on sunday? My aunt did not, steven and angela saw her on Sunday..

Going out to a defense attorney, asking what he'd do on Monday .. says he'd never allow another continuance, and they'd have gotten her out of jail and back with her family.

NG - that's up to the JUDGE to allow a continuance, you really think in a potential child kidnap or homicide case that if the defense attorney of all people protests a delay, they're gonna grant it? Please.

Defense guy says "if she didn't do this she's been in jail a week too long"...

NG says wait, she ADMITTED the child had all these injuries and she didnt take her to the doctor.

Other lady also agrees that she's been in there too long already, she should be out before the weekend, says it's absolutely unfair for LE to have the weekend to try to interview inmates etc to get the evidence they want.

NG says "uh tell you what, do you have any children?"

lady says "no I don't"

NG says "uh, yeah, okay" and cuts to commercial.

When did the alleged injuries to the baby happen? I didn't see anything wrong on the video from Saturday. Was she injured after the video and before the disappearance? How many people reported the injuries?

Is it confirmed now the baby not seen after 10pm Saturday except by mother and boyfriend? Has anybody else ever said anything to contradict that?

Gale St John on NG said that two of her cadaver dogs hit in the far side of backyard. She would not state where, in respect, for the police investigation. The alley is back there. I wonder if mom threw any trash out that day?

This is horrible. Why the heck doesn't HLN pony up some money and donate it to TES? HLN makes so much money on missing people - they should really give back!!! I'm going to have to start emailing them - I'm sure they'll listen - NOT.

Sorry if this sounds rough but here goes...TES had an insider embezzling from their pocket unnoticed for no one is positive how long, just yet. Donated $'s included in that I am sure. Then their large size vehicle is stolen from a parking lot in broad daylight while more than one person ate lunch without securing the vehicles-always keep in sight.
What would be great is if wherever they need to search they can use donated equipment-great advertising for the companies donating. Plus they will be getting some insurance back won't they?

when you hear the mom's story there's such an air of unreality of it, like you said earlier who leaves an 18 month old unattended or with a friend of a relative, the other thing is the complete lack of empathy, I've heard nowhere that she has asked about her daughter, thanked the searchers.. nothing. This mom has probably been fracturing and dividing this family for ages.

Well, this mom is behind bars and I don't know how she can advocate for her daughter from behind bars.

But you ad her sister on the show last night right and the sister reported that she was very self referential, she was only concerned with the cost to herself being in jail, she said she didn't want to answer anymore questions. Nancy if your twins were missing even if you were in jail, you wouldn't stop answering questions, right?

You are absolutely right.

Now ? reports he didn't see any of these injuries but ? reporting black eye, bump on the head, bloody nose.

child at that age won't get a black eye that's highly suspicious

what do you mean?

well when someone falls they're going to fall on ? part of the body, a black eye is more like somebody was punched.. a child that age is probably not going to stumble and fall on something that is going to give them a black eye, and again another injury on the back of the head that's another injury, that's now what, two falls? and the bloody nose... (missed something), I mean.. kids don't do that.
