Details of Disappearance

Linda was last seen after attending a church service in Tiffin, Ohio with her mother on December 11, 1993. She has never been heard from again.

Her car was discovered abandoned in the Meijer store parking lot in Findlay, Ohio in February 1994, two months after she disappeared. Investigators determined it had been parked there since two days after she vanished. There was no sign of Linda at the scene, but some of her personal belongings were still inside the vehicle.

Linda's mother told authorities that her daughter locked her purse in the truck of the car before she vanished, which was uncharacteristic of her. The purse was not located with the vehicle.

Linda's husband, David W. Frasure, is the prime suspect in her disappearance. David had an extensive criminal history, including charges of domestic violence. Linda's mother stated that her daughter wanted to end their relationship at the time of her disappearance.

David committed suicide in a Frankfurt, Kentucky jail in June 1997, nearly four years after his wife disappeared. He was serving time for a burglary conviction when he died. David was never charged in connection with Linda's case.

Authorities believe that foul play was involved in Linda's disappearance. Her mother said that she is a helpful person and may have assisted a troubled motorist on the night she vanished, which may have led to her disappearance. Linda's case remains unsolved.

<<Frasure was last seen after attending a church service in Tiffin, Ohio with her mother, Mary Lafontaine, on December 11, 1993. The following day, Frasure failed to report for work.

Her car, a red 1988 Oldsmobile Delta, was found in February 1994 in the parking lot at the Meijer store in Findlay, with some personal items still inside. Her purse was believed to have been in the trunk of the car, but it was never recovered. Lafontaine saw her put the purse in the trunk of the car after they attended church. Evidence indicated the car had been parked in the lot since December 13, 1993.>>

Is it possible that the husband, knowing that the separation was imminent, tried to end his life? And what better way to mislead than to help a motorist in trouble... having access to Linda's car, he took her purse and made it disappear, maybe he even stole her money... then, being in prison for robbery, he looked for a exit to what he did besides being in prison... it was easy to commit suicide... he was never tried or punished for his crimes and that's how it all remained... we will never know what really happened to her...
either way
rest in peace
