Do you think that Jake Wagner is trying to pull something, he is having his attorney to stand up and go on record about him getting pressured from inmates, trying to make it look like a threat to him to tell them what has happened, JMO

To all the Sleuthers , you all have been here for support to the greater good and I thank each and everyone of you, on April 21-22 the Wagners stands trial for a crime of Mass Murders ( Just Look The Defection Up) that was so bad every time (Sheriff’ Reader) gets on tv to talk about what he saw in those mobile homes he breaks down and cry’s like a baby, the Accused Wagners did not show the Rhodens/Gilley any mercy that night, the state said that from the autopsy reports that they were asleep but what if they wasn’t think about what the women went thru watching their family being murder and the teenager boy probably begged for his life, the men didn’t have a chance to protect their love ones because their family was stocked and hunted down like animals, and that is why Loomis like you said sometimes we do post something a little harsh but the killers deserve everything we write, JMO

I know one thing. My life is going by way too fast trying to follow these dull boring, injustice proceedings. Only drawing the trials out for the murderers' sakes. I got the feeling today that Judge Deering, like all of us, might be rethinking his retirement plans. Surely though, there is no greater way to go out than fighting our hearts out for justice for these 8 victims of 4 ruthless murderers, and for the survivors, poor little innocent children who've never known what it is to sin, and wonderful mother/great-grandmother Geneva....NOT RITA OR FREDERICKA....

I Pray every night that Geneva, Lenard and his wife live to see justice for their children and grandchildren, it is a slow process in the court system these days, and I really hope that the defense attorneys doesn’t make the deceased look like trash the way the Wagners did to the Rhodens/Gilley in the beginning of the investigation, IMO

Yes, they do, IMO, Johnny. I believe at the trials we will find out a whole lot more about how they all died, and I honest to God dont know how the Wagners will be able to sit there without their whole lives, wills, and souls crashing down and crushing their hearts into the faces of those 8 they murdered. Autopsy results will come out and along with them, the inhumane and evil acts. I only wish that the Wagners could receive the same evil acts in their own deaths as they dealt out in the deaths of Hannah Gilley and the Rhodens.

The reason it was written because Jake Wagner thinks his family is above everyone, he committed a crime that is unforgivable, he similes at the judge like they are best friends, the judge needs to call him out and shame him, JMO

Instead of lashing out on a forum about your concerns, why not address them to the court? Getting all stressed out and wishing harm on any of the W's does nothing except make you stoop to a level we know is not the real you.

I have full faith that our justice system will work, we just need to be patient and let it run it's course and in the end, those responsible for these 8 horrifying, beyond brutal, senseless murders will hopefully pay their just dues.

I can't pray with one side of my mouth and let the other side wish harm to anyone. We are better than that IMO. After all, we are not Mad Dogs.

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (38). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) and a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *George Washington "Billy" Wagner III (47/now 48), (Jakes’ father) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (12/4/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count conspiracy, 4 counts aggravated burglary, 1 count unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, 3 counts evidence tampering, 1 count forgery, 1 count unauthorized use of property, 1 count interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count obstructing justice, 1 count engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek the DP.
Was arrested in Lexington, Ky., remains in the Lexington Fayette County Jail as a “fugitive from another state” according to jail records. An extradition hearing will be scheduled for him.

12/9/19 Update: Defense filed extension for filing discovery motions (was 12/11/19) is granted. Have until 1/31/20. Judge wants State to look into appointing a Discovery Coordinator. Next pretrial hearing is 2/11/20.

I have quit posting,on this thread and the Missing Hiker thread.I can't say anything that doesn't rub the mod the wrong way.Deleted post after deleted post,and without a reason that I can find out.Can't get a response after dm mod and asking.I just gave up.
