I believe this.
I wonder about the approx. time of death for K.
First or last?
It was said early on and no link to this so MOO.
Because K had no running water at his camper (pretty clear to see by photos) it was said he went to CR's early in the morning to shower before work or whatever.
Was it feared by W's that K would come by early and the W murder spree would be in progress, would not be over? (what's early?)
How early did K sometimes come over?
Really, we do not know the timing of the murders.
If you think about it, BJ was there pretty early in the morning.
We know nothing about anyone's daily schedule . W or R.
I think this, the exact timing of things on 4/22, would be something Prosecutor would need to make clear to jurors. Or as clear as LE can figure it out with all evidence available.

Per the link above, it was reported by news media who viewed the preliminary AR's that Chris Rhoden Sr was the only one who died some time earlier than the others. All the rest died around the same time - not simultaneously, but close enough in time that there was little or no difference in decomposition.

Why could they not live in the house they lived in when arrested?

They would not be able to live together.

And even if only one of them went back to the Webster house where they were living who is going to pay those bills to turn on the gas, electric, cable, internet, phone service, buy food, trash collection, gas for transportation, house insurance, etc....

Who would even hire someone out on bond for 8 aggravated death penalty specification murders? No one but FWF.

JW pretrial rescheduled from 10-29 to 12-2. Rumor is that he has Covid-19.

10/27/2020 Judge: DEERING, RANDY D Event: PRE-TRIAL Date: 12/02/2020 Time: 01:30 PM
No link so my opinion only...

I looked earlier today and it showed both dates. Will check and see again.

Yeah, it's still showing both. It probably has been reschuled, we'll see.

Re bond hearings and whether they would ever get out on bond, JMO, it's just the defense attorneys setting up another possible reason for making future appeals. Part of defending someone in a DP case is setting the stage to file future appeals if your client is found guilty. Also influencing public opinion, pre-trial.

JMO, from reading the news, I don't think any LE in Ohio (or many other states) enforce gun laws currently on the books. People seem to be able to buy whatever they want from whomever has it, no questions asked, no records kept.

Most states allow face to face firearm sales without a background check. This is because most states realize the gun isn't the problem.

Case in point, this case. If the W's couldn't get guns, they had enough hatred to do this with sticks and rocks, or even their bare hands. More gun laws would not have prevented this crime, and I can confidently say that because they broke a few gun laws to commit it. Murder is also against the law in every state...

They would not be able to live together so Billy's money only helps him. Only one person could live in the Webster house and still be stuck with all the bills and no job. Opinion

Do we know for a fact that they would not be able to live together?
With no income and not being convicted, they would be eligible for all kinds state aid.
I personally know someone that was on SSI and had a three bedroom apartment for which she paid $30/month rent. She was subsidized for water and electric. And got free medical and food stamps.

Yes it's a fact they cannot have any contact with each other, zero, could never live together.

But there is one way it would work, if 4 different family members took them in and provided for them.

But even for that to work FW would have to put up too much money and collateral to get bond for 4 defendants charged with 8 capital murders.

That is unrealistic so this is why I think only one of them got a bond hearing. I think she was willing to pay bond for either GW4 or Billy. Maybe both? But not for all 4.

I am only mentioning FW because she is mentioned in Billy's bond motion as helping him.

The original question from @Johnny B Bad was why didn't Angela and Jake request bond and is it because their attorneys are telling them that there is too much evidence against them?

Anyway, it's clear now that none of them will ever get out of custody unless found not guilty. The "bond ship" has sailed out of site.

...2 Cents.....

I think it is a safe assumption that none of the W4 could reside together if they were ever let out on bond. The reason I say this is because when FW and RN were released on bond, two conditions of the release were that they had to wear ankle monitoring bracelets and they could not have any contact with any of their co-defendants. If any of the W4 were ever released on bond, I am certain the same conditions would apply.

Therefore, AW, BW, GW4 and JW couldn't live under the same roof with each other because they would be ordered to have no contact with each other. That would also preclude BW and GW4 (or the other two) from working together at FWF, since they would be ordered to have no contact with each other. JMO

What could be better if they got bond, put them together in one very well bugged house. AW don’t seem to care if she was recorded on phone calls. They may talk up a storm about who’s at fault for getting caught...

The prosecution filed motions to keep the Wagners from having any contact with each other in any way including sending messages back and forth through other family members and even discussing the case with other family.

The judge granted the motions.

Wonder if the money found by KR was just used as a ploy to gain entry to his trailer? Like squaring away a debt, basically. Gain entry, Fire off one round to be as quiet as possible. In the killer’s haste, they don’t even think about retrieving the money when leaving the scene. Isn’t this all speculation though, was it ever confirmed money was actually at that particular crime scene? If so what denomination were the bills used, how much, how old were the bills?

I would never entertain the notion that any of these 4 people will ever get out of jail, period. Were that to somehow happen, they would be a danger to many people in the community. It would also be an unacceptable miscarriage of justice. I certainly hope Pike County, OH is not the kind of place where jurors are likely to let dangerous mass killers out of jail to prey upon innocent people. I would like to think people in Pike County are smarter than that.

Obviously, the judge knows better than to let any of them out. The evidence Judge Deering has seen so far (more than the public knows) led him to keep them in jail and only transport them in the most secure manner.

Betty you are absolutely correct about this.
Judge Deering would never be able to let any of them out on bond.

I couldn't agree more. I would never entertain any notion that any of the W4 ever be released from the confines of a penal institution for any reason. I was merely speaking hypothetically.
