Right. It already happened, I mean with the court gallery. If you look at George's Bond Hearing you can see that the last 2 rows of benches remain in the gallery and the rest of the benches have been replaced with chairs that are spread apart.

There will not be room for anyone but family and reporters to attend I'm pretty sure but just opinion. Family will always have the priority. Since all the hearings have been live-streamed by WKRC Cincinnati, I think there is a good chance that we will get some of the trial live-streamed. Sure hope so.

Also, to have trial video to look back on will be important for the family members who cannot attend including family witnesses who are not allowed to attend before they are called to the stand. Note we haven't seen certain family witnesses in the gallery at all.
The way things are going so slow this all might be over with and everyone can attend the trail! I so hope it is live streamed.

People are allowed to sit in on trials for a reason and if most cannot because of social distancing then live-streaming everything would be the best alternative so I think there is a good chance of it happening.

Plus WKRC Cincinnati has been allowed into the courtroom to live-stream every pretrial hearing for 2 years and so (at trial time) it would not make sense to tell them they now can't come into court anymore to broadcast the trial.

I would never entertain the notion that any of these 4 people will ever get out of jail, period. Were that to somehow happen, they would be a danger to many people in the community. It would also be an unacceptable miscarriage of justice. I certainly hope Pike County, OH is not the kind of place where jurors are likely to let dangerous mass killers out of jail to prey upon innocent people. I would like to think people in Pike County are smarter than that.

Obviously, the judge knows better than to let any of them out. The evidence Judge Deering has seen so far (more than the public knows) led him to keep them in jail and only transport them in the most secure manner.

Completely agree. Further, I think this bunch could turn on each other. They are all kinds of unhinged.

I hope the prosecution has a detailed sworn affidavit by RN. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Wags4 aren't individually or collectively planning her early demise.

Jake might feel anxiety. However, I'm not sure someone who commits premeditated murder x8 with Mom, Dad, and bro. necessarily feels anxiety, at least not like the rest of the world. Would really like to read a psych eval on the 6 involved. (Individual evals and 1 group eval.)

I think I've said this dozens of times since their arrests, but I STILL can't even begin to wrap my head around how they all 4 got to the place along the thought process where murder seemed an acceptable option. What I'm further gobsmacked by is that not 1 of them backed out, threw up at the first murder (presumably not), or had any difficulty after the fact. I can't see anything even approaching a slight breakdown. It's beyond my comprehension.

I totally agree with your closing statement. The “why” of their behavior that night and after, is beyond comprehension for most people...

I completely agree, I do not understand how the Wags got to that point. I have two sons, my oldest has a daughter and my youngest a son. The granddaughter's maternal family is not the greatest. My late husband and our sons have talked about this case a lot (before my husband passed this year) and we could not image making this decision as a family and then saying "hey lets get the grandmas involved too".

Sorry for your loss, Berrybell.

Your welcome,
So do you think that the child custody thing was a small part to the killing and the love rejection from Hanna was the main part in Jakes mind????

I think the Wagners would have ignored the Rhodens if Hanna had given Jake full custody. What I wonder about is what would have happened if Hanna had agreed to go through court to give Jake full legal shared joint custody?

Would that have been enough?

I really believe that Hanna knew something bad on the Wagners and was killed because of that!

I really think it is more than that, George 4th lost his life style for some reason????

Yah, Jake.

Family dynamic. Cult-like family and did everything together according to Canepa.

Jake and George:

Lived together all their lives even when married and engaged, owned a long haul truck together and drove it together taking turns driving and sleeping, raised their children together, bought houses and property together, co-mingled their money and shared bank accounts together, worked on their Defiance Farms together, tried to get fraudulent loans together, were home schooled together, voted with their parents on family decisions together, obsessed over guns and hunting together, watched Boon Dock Saints together and God only knows what else, did a hundred other things together.

Bought murder kit items together, shared Rhoden floor plans together, did surveillance and counter surveillance together, built silencers together, committed 8 aggravated murders together, committed aggravated burglary together at 4 different homes, tampered with evidence together, lied and covered up the murders together, and now sit in jail....but this time NOT together.

Oh, and they were arrested together while on their way to pick up their truck for a trucking job together.

The brothers who stayed together get the same 22 charges together.

Most sincere condolences to you and your family, Berrybell, on the passing of your husband.

What do you mean he lost his lifestyle? But I've wondered about that too, that the Wagners had something more to lose.

I wonder why they're all so hell-bent on taking possession of their children and keeping them away from their mothers.
