She was most likely the instigator in all of this. Her actions and mouth fomented the terror. She whipped all 3 men in a fury of bloodlust. Sicko!!!
I take some comfort in her being in prison until she is, I think, 78 years old.

She deserves LWOP but she will have nothing when she gets out.

George no. I want to see him get LWOP. He's young and I don't want to see him out in his late 50's. Being convicted of murder will keep him locked away.

I guess we will find out at sentencing concerning the 30 yrs without parole. Does that mean she must serve 30 yrs before becoming eligible or will she be automatically released after serving 30 yrs. Im hoping 30 to life, with a minimum of 30 yrs setved before becoming eligible. I doubt she will come close to serving 30 yrs.

If somebody uses your FB password, they can login and use your account just as if it were theirs.

True, the IP address or type of device changing should trigger an email warning these days, but I'm not sure if FB did that back then since I wasn't a member.
I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I do know you can look at your own account to see if anyone logged in from a location not your own and at a time when you were offline. Whenever I get "hacked" by someone sending messages on Messenger, I always check and once caught a man in New York City. So long as the snooper doesn't post anything or the owner of the account doesn't check, no one would know.

She gets out at age 78 in the year 2048. Her sentence started on November 13, 2018. No parole, no early release. She will serve 30 full years (counting jail time) then be released. Deering said she had to abide by her plea deal.

Really good point. It seems like the Wagners left the trailers there when they went to AK but they planned to take them to AK. They hid them in the wrong place.
I wonder too if those things were like souvenirs of what they had done, including all the planning. They could give up the murder truck but they could relive all of it by saving this other stuff. Just a thought (and maybe a goofy one).

Why isn’t the prosecution asking the defense about their statements of GW4 going along that night of the murders to keep BW from killing Jake, I want to know, because Nash said to the jury that GW4 wasn’t even there the night of the massacre! JMO

@Johnny B Bad be patient, I am confident this will all unfold at trial.

What? Nash now says George wasn't there? Well Jake and Angela say he was and this will come out.

HA! Nash knows now that he can only save George if he can prove George wasn't at any of the murder scenes.

Nash running scared. His number is up. Good news. Nash knows George is guilty because he went with Jake and Billy to the murder scenes. Period.

What I think.

We have George buying and modifying and hiding in a truck at Chris's. We have both Jake and Angie saying George went along plus voted for the murders. Going along means aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, conspiracy and tampering with evidence.

Plus 8,000 recorded conversations of interest. Buying glock, night scope that Canepa said was convenient for shooting people in bed at night, and buying mask etc...

I saw a post on Twitter (might have been Angenette Levy) saying that the prosecution is taking a chronological approach, laying out the discovery of the body and the crime scenes. They can't really "reply" to the defense until the defense puts up a witness or other "evidence" that the prosecution can challenge. Then they can cross-examine what that witness says.

Opening statements on the defense side often make statements that they don't ever come back to.They throw out theories just to muddy the waters.

Jmo after listening to those opening statements and seeing that updated mugshot, she looks very creepy. Almost like she does feel she won. Sick human being. I should say sick animal but even an animal is too good of a name to call her.

Angela Wagner has a look on her face of Accomplishment, JMO

nothings ever just one thing. im sure there was a swirl and build up with different people. what its really about is frantic sadism. jake originally uses the custody issue as a backdoor to hanna may. little craps like jake are the ones to play games with little girls and act tough by hurting someone who brought your daughter in the world.

aw knows this. while aws ultimate goal is to make sure hanna does not come back in jakes life. because then aw would have to share her "mini me" so what does aw do?? gets all up on jake about sofia not being safe and rubbing in that she is around/dating other people. his own mother is immasculating him on purpose to build his embarrassment and anger over hanna leaving him.

george solved his "problem" george is a real man. georges son is being brought up the "right way" but your not "good" enough to solve your problem. at the same time aw and bw must have been frothing at the mouth for crsr hard earned money meant to build generational wealth for his entire family.

after seeing his grows, he is a top tier cultivator and at the price he was getting per pound he could have been pulling in close to a million at least 750 annualy.i know believe that the medical llc was the begining of goin g legit its the kind of company you would open to pay state tax but not federal since its illegal.
i can say from personal experience friendship mixed with grow op can go really good if the partner is hard working humble and motivated- its alot to learn. or it can be horrible an oil and water situation where the partner takes short cuts and things go wrong. thats how i see billy and his stolen dirt bike ring. hes just a crsr was a boss.

billy wasnt even living with them for a while. his phone was only there on murder night. he wanted revenge on chris for being better then him and beatin him up. think about how scummy billy is... chris extends his hand in friendship again after just week earlier billy had pulled a gun and fought him. even as the shots start crsr is trying to help him find his phone. billy angela and george and jake. took that money and lived out there alaskan dream on chris dime. until it ran out and they realized they would starve before taking care of themselves for once. theres no one worse then this family

My guess is Prosecutors will save Angela and Jake until just after they have called all their other witnesses. I'd love to hear other opinions although it is quiet here on the thread today.
Idk but if they opt out I’m planning a trip to the courthouse to sit in. I’ve heard in other fb groups next month but who knows

Because you care more about control and possession of the child, not the child's actual well being.

There were choices facing the Ws, they chose to try and rip the child away from her mother, at any cost.

They didn't care about any of the children involved, they didn't care about them growing up with a mother or both parents, grandpa, uncle, and great uncle all murdered in the most horrible way.

Totally my opinions above, and, I would bet Ws calculated the financial benefit of possessing another child.

edited.
I agree with you. It was based on control. Kind of the same as when ppl are in toxic relationships and they feel they are losing control of the other and they go to extreme measures to ensure they keep control. They are not thinking of anything aside from wanting that control back.
