Yeah, I remember. Idk if AW & G3 ever separated or not, but I do recall a long convo & iirc, some claimed to have knowledge that they did separate, reunite, separate, reunite......which, is not unusual. How big was the Pike County murders investigation? 

The FBI is on this list. IMO, they are instrumental in any type of “bug”, as it’s much easier for them to secure a warrant for interception devices. Small town LE is not likely to have the sophistication required to do so.

One client who works in surveillance at a casino told me they even have cameras in the ladies bathroom. Not in the stall area but in the sink areas where you wash your hands. She said there is nowhere in that casino that is not covered both inside and outside by surveillance cameras. She said they also use facial recognition software.

Believe you 100%. That facial recognition software is the stuff. Not saying I'm particularly fond of it, mind you. When I load a particular grandchild's pic on FB, FB will tag the child as their adult parent. This child is not even in double digits yet, and, I guess their facial structure is very similar, so it tags the child as the parent! I allow their photos to only be seen by a handful of FB Friends/Fam.

Walmart is wired up too! Sometimes, when I notice one of their cams, I'll pause, then wave and say cheese. Seeing that the Ws shopped for their supplies at Walmart, they can't be very tech savvy, or hadn't heard of WallyWorld's rep. Then again, maybe it was what they call the Dunning-Kruger effect. The DK effect, is, basically, people who are less competent, but overestimate their abilities. It goes in reverse too. A lot of folks who are very competent, do not see themselves as such. I think this may describe our four accused of murder. The DK effect, though I'm not a psychologist, keeps rising to the top for me, with these four (along w/possible ASPD for at least two of the four). It could explain some of their bold behaviour.

But does anyone else get the impression the photos look "off", a bit staged perhaps?

I see a very large structure but never more than a handful of "congregants" (from the group home?) Wouldn't there be more congregants in the pews on "picture day"? Could it have been just be an "illusion" for the tax break (503c)? JMO

LE has no jurisdiction outside of their own jurisdiction. If Ohio wanted to bring someone back from AK, they transmit the warrant to authorities.
Remember when GW3 was arrested in KY, iirc, “he was arrested by Lexington police & the OBCI”. Ohio had to inform KY of intent.

Mitigating circumstances could be anything. For example “the defendant is a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and niece. The defense asks the jurors to consider the impact the death penalty will have on the defendent and her loved ones”. OR, “the defense ask the jurors to consider the defendants religious beliefs and in doing so, the defense offers that the defendant being sentenced to death goes against her deep religious beliefs”. There’s A LOT of things that can be mitigating factors when pleading against the death penalty sentence to a jury. JMO.
