Just seems as if the defense is not sure of how to proceed. The bombardment of motions to confuse the procedure in the progress of the pre-trials.

Today the defense team appears to be questioning how to measure their abilities versus the other teams. The result will only be more confusion. JMO

Is that why JW's defense made arguments about being able to discuss the case with the other defense attorneys? I was wondering if they plan to or have discussed a unified defense strategy with the other defendants. While that doesn't always work with non-familial co-defendants, it seems more likely with co-defendants who are part of a very "enmeshed" family, with a domineering matriarch who usually gives all the orders. JMO

It's the classic prisoner's dilemma. Talk and get a reduced sentence or don't talk and take a chance to walk free or be convicted.

In the prisoner's dilemma, the tactic to speak to the other prisoners is usually consistent with the strategy not to talk and plead not guilty.

Jake doesn’t look puny to me, except in comparison to his father. I’d say he’s 6’2” or so, and looks like he bulked up in prison as well (his skin is drastically better since going to/returning from Alaska too). Anyhow, I guess the judge would rather grant the exception than deal with “unfair trial” claims down the road. MOO.

According to his booking information, he's 6 ft 1 and 165 lbs. His dad is 6 ft 6 and about 275 lbs, IIRC.

Yes! Great. Speculation is that the silencer was found in the well on the Peterson Rd. farm as the date of the search was Oct. 31, 2018. Cell tower records were from Billy Wagner's phone. I'm wondering about the custody messages. There were hundreds of them. I wonder if there was a lot of messaging, emails, etc. related to pressuring HMR to give up custody as well as messages about falsifying custody documents.

They could be keeping both directions open. If the other attorneys agree that a unified forceful defense is best, they may go that way. They can also all agree that there isn't much chance to win, and agree to a united plea agreement.
There is definitely a strong desire to to allow the defendants to be allowed to communicate on some level. That could let them know who the weakest link is between the four. The attorneys being able to communicate with the other defendants is a plus for the Ws. There are lots of subtle ways to let them know what the other three are thinking and wanting to do....

Probably odd phrasing, though she may have. IIRC the photos taken of a child at the hospital on the evidence list were those of Ruger, Frankie's baby. He was the 6 mo old found covered in blood on the bed between his murdered parents.

Seems likely, otherwise no other reason to burn it up. We know CR1 and KR both had security camera systems. Someone probably had theirs hooked up to a VCR to record visitors while they were away.

I wonder where it was found? On the Peterson Rd farm or at another location? Saw a copy of the list online and it mentioned evidence retrieved from Bethel Hill Rd., which is near the Flying W Farm.

Back when they did the searches at Peterson Rd, video footage showed a burn barrel near the barn with a piece of yellow tape wrapped around it. That location is one possible guess.

I wonder if any of them have a Veritas Aequitas tattoo? The killers in the movie had those. Pretty arrogant of these scumbags to massacre an entire family who were not criminals or murderers. Their only flaws were small scale growing of MJ and refusing to give up custody of their daughter to murderous thieves.
