The frustrating thing is that they brought NO defense witnesses.

'The defense team rested without calling any witnesses, and the closing statement focused on the credibility of one witness who claimed to have seen the defendant in the vehicle in Logan the night of Summer's kidnapping.'

Why did they bother taking it to trial - all the cost and expense - what the jury had to go through etc. It's almost as if WIJr. did this to further 'victimize' the public.

OMG, are you serious? Not Guilty, but for the GPS?

He said he thought the state had good evidence -- 191 pieces of it -- but that there was one thing that proved to him that the younger Inman was guilty.

"If it wasn't for the GPS, we probably wouldn't have found him guilty at all. The GPS proved that he was in Logan when he said he wasn't. He lied to police about it. The interesting thing is the GPS was the one thing he physically gave to the detective," Harmon said.
