Sammy Littleton II still hasn't said why.
He didn't tell investigators during his six-hour interview why he killed three innocent people. And he didn't say anything at all on his own behalf in court today.
There was no surprise, either, in today's outcome: As expected, Littleton pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated murder and three counts of gross abuse of a corpse.
Then, Logan County Common Pleas Judge Mark S. O'Connor
sentenced him to life in prison. He is 37 years old and will
never be eligible for parole.
The newspaper article also has a timeline of events that transpired in this case.
