Well the baby is 8 months so I'm going to guess she was born in August. The mother was only 14 and a half when she had her. What a brave little girl. I wonder how old the father is. I pray they are okay.

Seems so scary for her to be missing with that baby.

That was a question, not a statement. Perhaps misunderstood? But I am curious about the father.

I don't think anyone knows anything concrete yet, but her many photos of the proud mom she was or is, speaks for themselves. I hope she is okay...The grandparents must be beside themselves with worry.

There isn't a lot of drama on her fb page like we see with some missing mothers and daughters. Adalyn has Alyssa's last name, which could indicate the father isn't in the picture at all.

I saw that picture, yes. Still trying to match him up with someone, but her Facebook is mostly private.

Gosh, for being such a young mom and still a child herself, Alyssa seems like she has her head on straight and Adalyn is obviously a very well cared for and loved baby. Instead of the usual overly sexualized selfies and other troubling things I'm used to seeing on the FB pages of missing teen girls, Alyssa's page seems mostly full of cute baby pics with very supportive comments from family and girlfriends. I really hope she was just feeling overwhelmed or maybe got mad at her mom and is hiding out at a friend's house or something. They both have their whole lives ahead of them and it's so scary to think something sinister may have happened.
