Monday, June 1st:
*Trial set to begin for both (@ 9am CT) – OK – Bonnie Beth Lilly (3 yrs) (Jan. 3, 2018, Lawton; had 17 lb. tumor/cancer) - *Bonnie Beth Mills-Lilly (42/now 44) & *Henry Clarence Lilly III (49/now 51) arrested (1/4/18), charged (1/7/18) & arraigned (12/2/19) with 1st degree manslaughter & not providing medical care to child. Both plead not guilty. $60K bond each. Bonded out on 1/10/19.
Trial set to begin on 6/1/20 for both.
Court hearings from 1/10/19 thru 11/26/19 reference post #47

12/2/19: Arraignment hearing held. DA will be filing additional charges of child abuse & child neglect. Next review hearing on 12/27. 12/27/19: Review hearing is moved to 1/29/20. 1/29/20 Update: Next trial starts on 6/1/20.

*Sounding Docket Hearing for both (@ 9:30am CT) – OK – Bonnie Beth Lilly (3 yrs) (Jan. 3, 2018, Lawton; had 17 lb. tumor/cancer) - *Bonnie Beth Mills-Lilly (42/now 44) & *Henry Clarence Lilly III (49/now 51) arrested (1/4/18), charged (1/7/18) & arraigned (12/2/19) with 1st degree manslaughter & not providing medical care to child. Both plead not guilty. $60K bond each. Bonded out on 1/10/19.
Trial was set to begin on 6/1/20 for both has been cancelled due to COVID-19 & rescheduled on 9/28/20.

Here is a snip and I downloaded page 2 only of the Case Summary which is just the event list. It says jury trial today (9/28) so maybe there will be something in the local news about it.

But it says "Jury Trial (ISSUE) - isn't that just a hearing for jury trial "issues"? I see a hearing in January after this one, so thought it might not be the trial starting. Has the same kind of hearing in late January also - no??

Actually, I have no idea. That sounds logical. They must still be prepping for a jury trial. I don't know what a sounding docket is either.

looked it up for Oklahoma...

The Jury Trial Sounding Docket, also called JTS, or the Conference Docket in municipal court, is when your Tulsa misdemeanor defense lawyer will negotiate with the prosecutor regarding your case. ... If no plea agreement is reached at the JTS, then the case is set for a Discovery Hearing in anticipation of Jury Trial.
 
Apparently the parents are living in Florida. How were they able to leave OK?
