MISSING PERSON

Have you seen Christopher Coulston?

Mr. Coulston was last seen on 9/3/2024 at 10:00 pm, his truck was found parked on the north side of Mohawk Golf Course. The truck had been there for a couple of days unattended and first responders are out in the area searching for him.

If you have seen Mr. Coulston, please call the Tulsa Police Department at 918-596-9222.

FYI:

* The damage to the truck was pre-existing
* His cell phone is turned off
* The photo with the child is the most recent
* Family is at the scene with us

Christina and Brandy said his truck was towed away with a ‘no touch hold’ on it.

•last seen at 10 p.m. on Sept. 3.

"We think he came out here and met somebody. He was not a hiker, he does not hike. He will go to the park and whatnot with the grandkids, but he does not ever go hike alone. He knows that this is not a great part of town so we were surprised to see that his truck was here,” Gray said.

Police obtained a search warrant on Tuesday to go through his truck but ultimately found nothing.

He has six grandbabies that he loves and they are his everything. Two daughters. My sister and I," said Gray.

"He works hard. He comes home. He watches football, and he spends time with the grandkids. That's his life."

Mohawk Park is unfamiliar to the family. It’s not a park he visits.

Christina and Brandy have unanswered questions about what their dad was doing in the park and why his truck was left along the roadway near the golf course. They say their dad was seen driving into the park last Wednesday evening, but have not heard from him since.

On Sept 3 he was seen driving at Mohawk Golf Course park on camera. It's a park neither he nor his family go to. It sounds like he was meeting someone for reasons unknown in an out-of-the-way location. I wonder if LE is investigating his background?

DBM - double posted.
If the vehicle was found along a roadway, apparently, undamaged, I don't think the terrain mentioned factored into his disappearing (i.e. road impassable, undriveable etc.) since the terrain wasn't a factor in being able to drive in a tow truck and tow his truck away. In looking at a map of the golf course - it's pretty close to Tulsa Intl. Airport. You could easily walk from where the truck was to the terminal. Not saying he deliberately left and flew out of Tulsa - but it's always a possibility. Hopefully, LE will check to see if he was listed on a flight out of there at the time. IMHO his vehicle may have been parked on the curve on Mohawk Blvd. just after the signage for the Wildlife Sanctuary across from the golf course, looks like direct access to potentially "rugged terrain"...

Below map drops you down on Mohawk Blvd. curve...(not EXACTLY where the truck was but tarabully close moo)

The photo doesnt show us much across the road, but it's merely moo

The daughters said he works hard, and visits with his grandchildren and that's all he does. Has anyone seen what Chris does for a living? Any significant other?
Chris has a social media account that says he works at C & C Overhead Doors since 2020. He is single. He seems to be reasonably physically fit for age 60 and is close to family members. His truck looks pretty nice too. He does not appear to be down on his luck, aggrieved, or distraught about something based on media reports from his family. FB - Chris Coulston Tulsa OK

Thank you, FoxxTraxx. One of the daughters said they believed he'd gotten into a vehicle with someone else and left the park. That's got to be so very worrying. Without his phone, how would they ever know where he went?
