You are all doing a great job. The speed with which the estate is moving is mind-boggling to me. I am still futzing around with my mom's little estate after a year and there's really no reason, even though my bro and I would get a few more dollars, still. This seems indecently hasty, given that the family is missing.

I've not been following all the details of the estate but they can be wrapped up that quickly where 1. the parties agree on who takes what and 2. there is sufficient cash to pay off the recipients as opposed to having to sell assets then divide the proceeds.

a few things- i set up a bank account for donations to find the jamisons.

All of my questions about dirt has lead me to, what i believe to be, a very big arrow pointing where to look.

Thanks little, for the article on terra preta. This dark soil runs through latimer and leflore county. A state park in leflore county is spiro mounds...... I forgot to mention the significance of a large hill. All of these individual clues that the psychic told me all seem to fall into place when researching one thing or another. I just feel that there is an end in sight and the closer i get to finding them, the more at peace i become.

I just wanted to thank u all for ur hard work and diligence on this, because without all of u, i may have given up long ago.
Thank u

I am still trying to get more information on the photos, apparently Colton has the phone now, but there are some other photos on a digital camera as well. Hopefully somthing will shine just a LITTLE bit of light on this poor family. As each day passes I feel that we are doing more recovery than anything. I do wonder if by chance they were/are up on that mountain still, and this warm weather will make the scent a little stronger for the dogs. i was just reading on a case of a young boy that dogs walked right past the ditch he was in this winter.

ok, help me think this through.

What are the reasons you would leave your wallet, and cell phones in the truck? At first I thought what if the truck broke down and they went for a walk back to find help...But why leave your $$ in the car and your cell phones? Grrr, so frustrated.

This case is very frustrating...I noticed the tires were very muddy. Im confused about the tires. Wouldn't the heavy rains wash off the mud? Could this truck been in an enclosed area, a garage or barn or something then driven or better yet put on a flat bed and taken to the location where it was found?
I drive 40 miles to work and 40 miles back. I never wear my jacket, its to confining and I get hot esp in Oct. I just looked inside my car and my daughters. I have 3 jackets in my car and sweatshirts, 2 pocketbooks and change of clothing. I looked inside my daughters car she has 2 jackets, boots, hats, gloves and a bag of clothing she was supposed to return. Don't get me wrong Im not arguing with you at all just saying about coats left in their car...maybe they were wearing coats?

Oh I forgot as for their wallets and their cell phones? Maybe they were forced to leave them in the car? They were forced out of the car so fast they couldn't grab their cell phones or wallets?

Do you think the land owner said something like if you pay by cash you dont have to pay any tax? I wonder if that was their 2nd or 3rd time there? They had nothing in the car for their daughter right? Quick trip to purchase the land which they have already seen. Maybe they talked to a Tree Service and got a estimate on how much it would cost to take down trees/level the ground etc? I also want to know if LE checked to see what company they were buying a shipping container from. They had money to buy the land so I wonder if they got a estimate on how much it would be to ship their house to their land? Sorry im rambling but always check in to see if anything is new...and this case is baffling.. TIA.

I will ask again, about getting a "Psychic & Dreams" thread started for this family. (^^^^)

Keep your head up, Niki!

So where's the other $34,000.00???

This case is just so strange.

New article on the Jamison family;

http://newsok.com/article/3458229

Starlet Jamison, Bobby Jamison’s mother, told investigators the lawsuit was settled out of court for $64,000 and her son split the money with his wife — perhaps accounting for the cash found in their pickup Oct. 17

I just want to point out that little726's great sleuthing has discovered an article publishing-dated tomorrow, 02 May 2010, which is not available as yet via searches on the newsok.com site, and perhaps is a secondary piece to a forthcoming larger article about the missing Jamisons. Great job!

And here's that companion-piece article, a long one:
Family’s fate remains mystery
Eufaula couple, missing since Oct. 9, told pastor of seeing spirits on roof, in their house

WILBURTON — The Sans Bois Mountain range holds many secrets, from Prohibition-era stills to Indian Territory legends of cave-dwelling outlaws. A recent mystery centers on the dark and bewildering disappearance of a Eufaula couple, who told their minister they were being haunted by demons and spirits.
---
Gary Brandon, a Eufaula pastor, told investigators the Jamisons were engaged in spiritual warfare. He said Bobby Jamison told him he often saw "two to four spirits on the roof” of their lakeside Eufaula home. Once, Bobby Jamison called Brandon to inquire whether there were "special bullets” he could use to shoot the spirits, the minister told investigators. He told the pastor he was reading the "satanic bible” for a natural remedy.

Investigative notes show Sherilyn Jamison told Brandon there were "three to four spirits” in the house, including children named Michael and Emily, and that Madyson often talked to Emily’s sister — a spirit that had wings. Sherilyn Jamison wasn’t afraid, though. She believed she had the gift to cast out demons.
---
[Sheriff Israel] Beauchamp said the paranoia could suggest an addiction to drugs, but has found no evidence they were users or dealers. Ruling out the role of drugs in the family’s disappearance is another issue.
---

and much, much more, a must-read, at
http://newsok.com/familys-fate-remains-mystery/article/3458228

Bizarre.

ETA
---
A security camera at the Jamisons’ home offered another possible clue. Before the trip to Latimer County, investigators saw Sherilyn place a brown leather briefcase in the pickup. The briefcase was never found.

"I think it might have held a lot of cash,” Beauchamp said. "I’ve gone back and forth on this thing, but my latest theory — based on how the truck was parked and what was found in the truck — I think they were forced to stop and got out of the truck to meet with someone they recognized. And I think they either left willingly or by force.
---

That is an amazing article wfgodot!

Also from the above article:

One family friend questioned by investigators stayed with the Jamisons in Eufaula until being asked to leave at gunpoint.

"He had the barrel stuck in his ear by Sherilyn,” Beauchamp said. "At first you think, ‘Great, here’s someone with a motive.’ But the FBI cleared him.”

BBM

At least that loose end appears to have been cleared.

Yes Sherilyn was attending a 7th day Adventist church, I am not sure what one though.

In light of the new newsok.com article's rather troubling revelations about what investigators found regarding the Jamisons allegedly seeing spirts:

"...Adventists do believe that evil spirits (fallen angels) can appear to people in the form of dead relatives, etc. to scare or confuse them. Adventists believe that evil spirits will do anything they can to impede humanity's salvation, including appearing to them disguised in order to confuse. Adventists also believe that evil spirits have the power to appear in many forms and are not to be taken lightly."

Just when we thought this story couldn't get stranger.

Is the person telling this story about spirits believable?

Here's another list of "what happened?" possibilities:

* disappeared voluntarily
* drug deal gone bad
* done in by family
* murders + suicide
* murder(s) + disappeared voluntarily
* met accidental death; bodies still unrecovered
* saw something they shouldn't have; killed as a result
* killed by person(s) showing them land, or who knew where they
were looking for land and were carrying cash money; robbed in the process

What am I missing? If we go with cui bono/follow the money, family is still right up there, still maybe first on the list, because of the interesting possibilities involved with the will. If, instead, we accept the evidence in the Oklahoman article, drug theories vault to the fore. I've thought many times that, Occam's razor-wise, "disappeared voluntarily" makes the most sense - it also fits with drug-induced paranoia (and the lack of affect evidenced by leaving Maizey the dog), and would explain the missing briefcase. Killed during a robbery - another possible drug angle, too, would also explain the missing briefcase - though if that's the case somebody messed up by leaving the rather easily found $32,000 in the truck; or perhaps they met people either on the mountain or in Eufaula or Red Oak who learned they had a large sum of money, killed them, and disposed of the bodies.

All great possibilities! The one thing that bothers me about any of the alternatives which involve 1 or more voluntarily disappearing is the money left in the truck. (I guess this is similar to voluntarily leaving the dog locked in the truck.) The only answer to this would be paranoia, I guess. That's a lot of money to leave behind just to make it look like it wasn't a voluntary disappearance.

thank u so much for posting this. My stomach hurts. Parts of this make me wanna scream, "no, no, no!!! U have it all wrong!!"

and other parts just make me so unbelievably sad. God, i will be so greatful when they are found and all of this is over. Dont get me wrong. I will never forget them, i just need my heart to repair. When sherilyn and i first became friends, she helped me grow as a person. I learned alot from her. I miss her terribly. And if there were ever a time that i could really use the ability to pick up the phone and pour out my soul to her for comfort- its now. I have needed her ear and shoulder the last 6 plus months.

A bullseye could have been put on Madyson's head by naming her sole heir of an estate. Exactly who gained by having her out of the way?

I'm sorry you have lost a friend, a valuable "ear and shoulder..."

I'm glad you are on this thread.

In the context of the recent articles, can you shed any light on behaviors and beliefs you witnessed, or behaviors leading to disappearance that you find possible or likely?

Thank you for being here...
