According to family, he’d been living on the streets of Ardmore for a few months prior to his disappearance. His hair was naturally brown, but he had been known to dye it blonde and wear it in a ponytail. The scars mentioned in the distinguishing features are from burns to the top half of his body; he had skin grafts taken from both legs apparently.

I wish there was more information about this man. @Tuck Do you have a link to any articles about the information you posted?

If he was living on the streets, he was vulnerable. If he was a burn victim, he has suffered.

I wish he had a page on the Charley Project, because those tend to have the most information and are often updated, but IMO that's up to his family.
