Well, apparently Joseph Cyr was with Jaymie because his DNA was found inside of her. I know the autopsy report says "none seen." That doesn't mean it wasn't there, due to the fluids of decomp.

According to court documents released on Tuesday, the DNA sample taken from Cyr matched the DNA sample found inside Jaymie Adams' body.

I think Justin deserves to be charged also. He is indirectly responsible for what happened to Jaymie and her child.

I just can't figure out why Cyr would lie repeatedly about the CL ad and his contact with Jaymie, if he really had none. Which he apparently did. I also don't believe this is the first time he had used CL to meet up with some companionship.

I don't understand how they could make that mistake. That led to him sitting in jail for how long? They need to br held accountable. If Justin didn't do it why have they strung him along? Again, knowing that most of the "evidence" in Josephs arrest warrant is false I will be curious to see if they do have a DNA match or if it was just a "mistake". That's why in the beginning I said IF these things were true about Justin. As much false informstion has been put out about Joseph I did not weigh in heavily on everything written about Justin.

They need to have good tangible evidence on whoever is responsible for this. No more "mistakes" and circumstancial evidence. I believe whomever is convincted will face the death penalty and the dang sure better deserve it.

Isn't Irvine Box the reason Justin sat in jail for so long? As soon as IB agreed to represent Justin, he would've been able to obtain the couple's phone records which prove his client was in Blanchard when his wife was murdered so why didn't IB immediately take these documents and present them to a Judge?

Poor soul probably relied on LE who claimed otherwise. Or prosecution stalled handing out the evidence, realizing their case was falling apart and frantically looking for more evidence. After some time, IIRC, he was released on bail, then even the ankle monitor removed, however, they STILL try to get him for something (which is a joke and I severely doubt a conviction at this point).
I really think LE should be blamed for dropping the ball here. They are the reason he was in jail in the first place. Don't get me wrong, I highly respect LE in general, but they are human and make mistakes, and like everywhere else, there are even very incompetent people. There need to be consequences to ensure things like this don't happen again, so the high reputation LE enjoys stays warranted.

What is happening with Justin's case? And with Joseph's? I feel for Lewalters, she hasn't asked for this to be brought onto her and her children. I really hope that Jaymie and her unborn baby get justice.

Justins trial starts in Feb 2014. Josephs prelim will be in November. I have backed off of following this site and the case as much. I was driving myself insane with the what ifs and the what could have happened. I'm moving on with my life. Either way this goes he made the choices that landed him where he is at. My daughter certainly didn't deserve this so for her sake and my sanity I have chose to move on. I hope for nothing less than justice for Jaymie and her unborn child.

Lots of respect for you for that. You are so right, your daughter does not deserve this, neither do you. Sorry you were put in this situation. I can't imagine what you've been going through.

I haven't posted on this case very much because it was really disturbing and baffling to me. I am so happy you posted what you just did. I wanted to tell you those things a long time ago. YOU deserve a life, and due to the details, you owe him nothing...whatever the outcome. Best wishes to you and yours.
Of course this is only my thoughts on the matter.

They continued again to March 5 according to on demand court records.

I have been following this case since I first saw it on the local news 2 years ago, but just read through the thread over the last few days to refresh my memory. Here's my thoughts...

If she was a prostitute, wouldn't there be more DNA than just Cyr's? Also, as his DNA was found, and it has been reported that she met some clients twice a week, couldn't it be possible for his DNA to have been found from a previous appointment, perhaps earlier in the week? He's the only one saying he hadn't met with her before.

I can't wrap my mind around LE's mistake in reporting that Justin's cell pinged from the same tower as Jaymie's. How does that even happen?

Also, I agree that there could have easily been more than one receipt from Walmart, proving more than one purchase by Cyr. They have to have something more incriminating than just DNA from a woman that had many appointments with many different men.
