Oklahoma City detectives have arrested a Tulsa dentist in connection with the death of 19-month-old Lincoln Lewis.

Police confirm they have arrested 35-year-old Bert Franklin. Tulsa police said he is dating Lincoln's mother. And News 9 has also learned, Franklin is married and has four children of his own.

According to the family, baby Lincoln died on Monday, July 18, after suffering a head injury.

Facebook posts show Lincoln was born three months premature and his mother referred to him as "my sweet miracle babe".

A CHILLING video showing an Oklahoma dentist grabbing a slice of pizza while holding the limp body of his mistress’ son after allegedly bashing the baby to death has emerged.

Disturbing new details are coming out in the case against a Tulsa dentist accused of killing an Oklahoma City baby.

But court papers filed Thursday in Oklahoma County Court, show a very different side to this married father of four.

They state he and Lincoln's mother had been in a relationship for about a year without his wife or her knowing he was actually having an affair.

The affidavit goes on to reveal an even darker side to the smiling dentist. It states, Franklin was very controlling of Lincoln's mother, and he made statements in the past about his hatred towards Lincoln's biological father - stating he "threatened to kill him" and "skin him in Bricktown".

Oh this case is so heartbreaking! It's been all over the news here. The dentist had a pretty large and successful practice here in Tulsa. I think about this poor mother every day and look at little Lincoln's pictures on her FB every day too. I've heard nothing about Dr. Franklin's wife. She has been laying very low I guess. Franklin's attorney, Scott Adams, says he will argue that Franklin is not a flight risk and needs to get back to work.

I agree, the mother is certainly not to blame! I wonder if Lincoln was under this man's care when he had the early injuries? If so, I would question if the injuries really came from falls.

This piece of trash dentist was also charged last week with fraud, charging $80,000 on a patient's credit card. His office has been closed for a couple of weeks now.

wvcountrygirl, from what I've read, Lincoln's mother had an in-home babysitter during the day when she was at work. He was not quite ready to go to daycare due to still being a little fragile because of being such a preemie. I don't think his previous little falls caused anything near what this piece of trash did to him. I'm just baffled by this whole thing. Apparently he was insanely jealous of Lincoln's bio father, was living a double life between his family in Tulsa and his girlfriend and her children in Oklahoma City, and was drowning in debt, ripping off his patients, losing his business and who knows what else.

A judge ruled Wednesday that there is enough evidence for Bert Franklin to stand trial. He is accused of fracturing a 19-month-old toddler's skull in July...

Authorities have not announced when the trial will begin.
