Mug shot. She's bonded out already:

Not looking quite as happy and confident as she does in her FB pics.

The charges:

Fraudulent Insurance Claim (felony)

False Reporting of a Crime (misdemeanor)

We kind of nailed it here a long time ago how the car insurance claim could be used to pursue this case. Because you cant have it both ways. You cant get money for a totaled car that you claim is stolen, and then turn around and say you let someone borrow the car.

We knew something was not right about that, and sure enough, that is the angle that was pursued to try to get the truth out of these people. Now, if someone will just tell the truth of what happened to those 2 people.

I think that she is the only weak link. Everyone else that knows was probably actually involved in covering up. Maybe he was dumb enough to admit to her.

The other thing I was thinking and probably her attorney is too, is why say it was a lie to insurance company? Why not say it was a lie to LE to keep her then BF out of jail? Which one has the biggest fine? If she says she lied to LE that could stop this cold IMO, if she is willing to take the consequences for an ex. Hopefully she is singing.

SO PUMPED to see activity going on---FINALLY!!! i hope these arrests aren't just for looks!

The best news in all this is CN's warrant. That should be a probation violation and CN will not be bonding out if that is the case.

JMO
Here is one theory on how it could have went down. She lent him the car that night for some nefarious reasons. Then the next day after she found out he totalled it, she knew he didnt have any money to repay her for the car, so she let him talk her into the hair-brained idea of claiming the car was stolen to get the insurance to pay for the car. I think that is why there was so much confusion on where the car was.

The problem with that stupid plan was there was 2 missing people, and as the search for the 2 people unfolded, it forced the finding of the vehicle. Once she was hauled in for "real LE" questioning, it forced her to admit that she lent him the car that night. Thus proving insurance fraud because she had already filed a claim with insurance for a stolen vehicle.

So, it sounds to me, that she is already on record for insurance fraud charges. Now, if she knows where the 2 people are, she had better tell LE and try to get a reduced sentence.

I dont think the male involved will admit to anything.

I spoke briefly with Molly's cousin PMF at an event and she called it exactly right. On December 2 she said that arrests were coming, that Sabrina would be the first to go down, and for exactly these charges. She said probably not before Christmas, but soon.

She also said that Con had Sabrina's car the entire day before the chase that night. And that Con and Sabrina are no longer a couple, but Sabrina is BFFs with Con's sister.

Con was already on probation for several drug charges from 2010 and 2011, so this warrant is especially bad news for him. Still no murder or manslaughter charges, though, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

For his full criminal record, go here and search for Nipp, James C:

Interesting that his only infractions in Love County were traffic-related.

if you do the http://www1.odcr.com/ search....there's a charge from the 26th of December (as well as the newer and older charges) for failure to wear a seatbelt ....LE trying to warn him?!?! i just do not trust this LE...sorry for that. Not sure why anyone would treat him as if he were the goose that laid the golden egg.

it looks like it was court for a traffic ticket that day. love county of course. he wasn't pulled over that day, sorry for misleading lol

he didn't even pay his own damn $20 dollar ticket. i'm not sure if that woman listed is him mom, but c'mon --- a $20 seat belt ticket and someone else goes to pay it for you :'(

Now he has 8 OSWs. (OutStanding Warrants) He will be in jail for a while when they get him.

So I followed this case a bit in the beginning and I'm glad too that there is some movement, but I'm not sure I'm totally caught up. Weren't there calls from Molly and Colt after the accident, and it didn't necessarily seem like they were near each other or knew where the other was? Is it thought that they made those calls? Weren't some of them made long after the car chase? So much of this case still puzzles me. Does anyone have a logical theory of how this all went down?

Isn't it a bit odd they served the warrant on her first? Everyone knows what they are gonna try and get himon. Wouldn't it have been a lot better to get him first then her? Seems like a risk. Suicide before capture type of risk.

THAT'S WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY.....through my babbling of course :floorlaugh:

I really don't get it, to me...it's a warning. AND he hasn't been arrested YET. Surprise, surprise :banghead:

from a floor laugh to a head bang in one post -- i've been lacking sleep with all the holidays! Hoping for some more arrests to come as some FB rumors have suggested!

Last known sighting of CN?

I hope I am wrong but I just feel like that chicken s**t will end his life and give no answers. When the Millers went to see him he allegedly wouldn't answer their questions because he didn't want to go to jail. I think CN will never accept responsibility and anyone that helped him will see to it. If LE did help him cover his tracks and now knows that he is going down, what do you think Mr. LE will do to keep his own butt out of the fire?

Better find him quick. I predict that if he isn't found by Tuesday, and a true effort was made to find him, he won't be found alive. If LE helped him in anyway, I predict he won't ever be found.

Yeah, a lot of us old-timers on this case are still puzzled by the phone activity. I'm sure everyone whose number showed up on the phone records has been interviewed at least once, and hopefully many times to make sure they can keep their stories straight, but we've just heard bits and pieces of who contacted who and when. Hopefully the whole story will come out soon.

Not really. That's how LE usually does it, going after the weak link first. The more info they can get up front makes the case against Con and anyone else involved even stronger. She's the weak link here, no prior criminal history, raising a kid, in way over her head. If she's not singing like a bird already, there will most likely be a plea deal offered if she will agree to testify against Con. It's possible she could face additional charges, like accessory after the fact or obstruction of justice, if she doesn't cooperate. Definitely going to be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Con seems too self-absorbed to commit suicide, IMO. Suicide by cop maybe, if he thinks he's a tough guy. In Love County he's been pampered and protected; if he stays there, he can't hide forever. Anywhere else, he's on his own, and I doubt if he has the skills or the smarts to be on the run for very long. It's just a matter of time before he's :jail:

Am hoping to wake up to more good news tomorrow, *IF* I can get any sleep tonight, lol.

Yeah, we did!

Can't wait to see what else we got right, and what we got wrong. Am pretty sure there's some of both, lol.

Okiegranny,
That is kinda my point. She is the weak link, they issued the warrant on same day. She is the means to the end. They were arresting him anyway before they had the weak link unless she rolled over on him immediately then they got the warrant. (Doubtful) So why not have the grandprize safe and siund behind bars before executing her warrant. Giving him a heads up so to speak.

Legally, she could be telling the truth in a deceptive way. What if she did give CN permission but CN tells her that CH and MM took her car while he was doin something? Remember he is saying he wasn't in the car but at his grandparents house during the chase portion. So technically, she is in the clear and possibly she may even believe it. This is all supposition but it could be this way. If she already has a lawyer and if he is worth anything he would have had her tell everything and have immunity for it. FB pages suggested she had an attorney. I think she either knows very little or was a full fledged accomplice. ExBF vs freedom, family, and friends. Easy choice for everyone right? Unless she knows nothing and is truly not guilty or knows everything and is worried her part was so instrumental her and her attorney don't think she can get immunity. MOO

Maybe they intended to pick him up at the same time, but he wasn't where they thought he'd be. Maybe somebody tipped him off.
