Lol, just giving you a hard time.

The thought of being busted did get my heart beating a little fast, lol. I have no idea how the families feel about what we do over here.

Now that things are heating up, we're getting a lot more "guest" visitors reading up on this case. Welcome to WebSleuths, y'all! Why don't you join us?

But the dresser in the background looks just like one she has too!

Nuh-uh, mine's a light wood bookcase. That looks like a... I don't know what that is. You're just messing with me again, lol.

And now she's saying she's not me, so there.

I think that CopBlock story was just more BS. I seriously don't know how they get away with somethings. I am changing it to the 90/5/5 instead of 80/10/10!

Yes I was just messing around about the dresser. Funny though.

I wonder if Sabrina's charge for lying to insurance company will make her testimony less credible.... Would they shy away from a deal with her because of that?

Sorry, that was me!!

No problem. I might get busted eventually, but today wasn't the day, lol. I thought that might be you, because of the similarity of your profile pics.

Hmm, Monday morning coming up. I wonder if Sabrina still has a job to go to?

They arrested her at 4, she will have a job to go to tomorrow but will she have one on Tuesday?! I bet she loses it but after she got out of jail she allegedly went a casino and hit 12k jackpot. If I was her, that 12k would be going straight to insurance company.

I don't know. I've been thinking about her a lot, and the situation she's in, and how she got in it. I betcha she'd give her left arm for a do-over.

She did apparently accept a check from the insurance company, and presumably used it to pay off whatever she owed on the Accord and to get herself a new set of wheels. She would have needed a police report to get that check, so she reported the car stolen. But then she recanted her story and told LE the car wasn't stolen. Did she think the insurance company would never find out?

But, if this is in fact what happened, she did commit insurance fraud. Separate and apart from everything else, she herself committed a crime. She will have to pay that insurance money back, she will have to pay for an attorney and fines and legal costs, and she will be paying through the nose for any insurance coverage for the rest of her life. And she will possibly be spending some time behind bars. Was it worth it?

But she's not the big fish here. Con is. And any accomplices he might have had in whatever happened to Molly and Colt. She has no prior criminal record other than traffic tickets, as far as I can tell, so unless Sabrina can be painted as a habitual liar in other aspects of her life, I think she could still be a credible witness against him/them, and will likely be offered a plea deal in exchange for her testimony.

does anyone know if she has a new car or the claim paid out? guess we'd just have that info if she posted it?!?!

I am just really seeing her deeply involved with this. At first she just looked innocent and maybe caught up with protecting her boyfriend. Now that they are no longer together, she still remains silent. Makes me think she is protecting herself more than anyone else.
4 in that car I think. CN is not worried what she could say because she would be implicating herself??
Here is another thought, if she was working that Monday and I think that clinic opens at 9, I may be wrong, what was she doing up at 6 or so checking on her car? Did the cops rule out her involvement because MM made calls that morning while she was reporting to police? Her involvement could have been very minor until that afternoon when it is time to clean up the mess.
If she was in the car, lets say they split up in two's meeting somewhere after crash. Her and CN get back to where they have vehicle access, cook up the stolen car story, he drops her off and as she is reporting he finds CH dead from shock and internal injuries, then he has to find MM and she isn't gonna cover so he limits his lliabilities. SF doesn't know about all this, files the report and then she is stuck! So she helps with the bodies and clean up and sticks with her story.
I have an active imagination. I suppose this could have happened but probably not. I am just shocked no one knows her alibi for that night and it has not been majorly discussed. Is that because of MM's early morning phone call?

Another CopBlock post,

Tip from someone close to the case says*"family members have waited all day and the highway patrol have went to the end of road and set there and never went to the house on about four occasions since yesterday"

I think you're onto something though! We weren't really allowed to discuss her for a long time either, so we really didn't. Her posts after something that would seem traumatic to the rest of us, don't seem to bother her one bit. That's a scary trait in a person, or she thinks, "if i ignore it, it will go away" Hard telling.

I really don't think they would have arrested her if she didn't know more. I also believe LE knows what she knows (and knew before they arrested her). what she did was a crime and one that couldn't be "proven" the day they went missing....however, what nipp did was a crime back in July. Very Messy!

I always thought she could have been "molly" on the phone, making those calls in those very early hours. Wasn't the phonecall around 6 or so (i'll have to go back and look)...the very same time she was 'checking' on her car. Even the frantic one, people watch a lot of CSI type shows and do know some very minor tricks in trying to cover their tracks.

Sorry for all the quotes....those are supposed to be my fingers "quoting" for you all haha

MHS: I, I do know, uh, one guy told me that he talked to her at six, a little after six that morning, uh, because he was on his way to work. And he said it was definitely her. I asked him several times if he was sure and he said, yes, it was Molly that I talked to. So I don't know if they just haven't talked to him or if, you know, he hasn't…

She called at six

this has ALWAYS bothered me:
JHM: Well, he, yeah, he said she called him and asked him what he was doing and he said he was on his way to work and asked her what she was doing and she said, oh, I'm over here on Long Hollow Road with Colt. And he said Colt who? And she said Colt Haynes. And he said, oh, well, I'm on my way to work so I'll just let you go. And he said, if I had've known she was in any kind of trouble or needed help of any kind I wouldn't have, you know, just blew her off like that, but she didn't act like there was anything wrong. He said, I immediately had told her I was on my work to work, though, so, you know, maybe she tried to call somebody else to give her a ride, thinking that, you know, he's on his way to work, I'll just call someone else.

Why would molly be so calm if colt had a bone sticking out of his ankle and she was with him? That is worth the slightest mention at LEAST! Plus, if she needed a ride...why wouldn't she be huffing and puffing from walking or what not?

This case is started to get me heated again and I have to go to bed soon, but probably won't now haha (we are -15 withOUT the windchill right now...i'm jealous of all you warm weather sleuthers right now lol)

Oh, yes, The Rules. They're a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, we are blessedly fortunate to enjoy a troll-free environment here and for that, I send heartfelt thanks to the mods and admins for doing such a fabulous job of keeping them weeded out.

On the other hand, we're so limited on what we can say and when we can say it, and that's so frustrating sometimes. My tongue is just about bitten clean through, lol. With these charges, though, we're finally able to talk about Con and Sabrina by name and post about their criminal histories and anything else relevant to the case that comes from a credible source, like public records.

There are rumors of others involved in this case, other names that have surfaced, but we can't mention those either. I've heard that there may have been a fourth person in the car that night, but it was a male and not a female. Just a rumor, though, so we can't talk about it. Unless it comes from LE, from a mainstream media article, or from a victim's family, it's off-limits.

This might give our guests a better idea of why we talk in circles sometimes, instead of coming right out and saying things.

About Sabrina herself, man, I just don't know. It sounds like she's trying to put up a brave front, but she's got to be scared spitless inside. I keep going back to the video of her perp walk and thinking, Girl, you had everything going for you, and now you don't. Why, Sabrina, whyyyy?

I'm sure that most -- if not all -- of what I'm about to ask has been discussed already, but if someone could just take a few min to answer so that I don't have to go through the entire thread, I would appreciate it! =)

- When did Con and Sabrina break up?
- Why do people think that Molly did not make the morning calls? I don't understand why anyone would impersonate her, given that we all know what our friends' voices sounds like. Why not text? Plus, in this day and age, don't we all have passwords on our phones?
- Who are Molly's parents? I hear a lot about aunts and cousins but nothing about her parents.
- Where is Con Nipp? :banghead:
- On CN's fb page, someone wrote "[In] fact try to come get me...I dare you. You won't have a d**k to piss with". It doesn't make sense as far as the progression of posts goes, so I'm just wondering whether Nipp had written things back and then deleted them. As an aside, that girl wrote a funny post later regarding his other fb page ("It's under conn nipp too... Red shirt fat *advertiser censored*")
- Who is with him in his fb pic? I mean, she looks like Richie Sambora... just sayin' ;)

Going to listen to the podcasts now. I didn't know much about the case when I first listened to them, but I think they'll make more sense now (as much sense as this case can possibly make......)
