This case reminds me of the case of Nathan Haun in Utah. I hope that Noah's case is solved.

I was unaware of the horrific story about Noah until I watched the NewsNation video. After conducting a search for a WS thread and did not find one, I started this thread for Noah.

It is unlikely the crime was ever considered an accident but maybe when he was first discovered, it was assumed that a vehicle hit him. It quickly became an unsolved homicide.

If this event began at the house party, how many days had Noah been there? The party lasted three or four days due to it being Labor Day weekend. Perhaps some type of drugs were involved to be able to keep party participants going on their feet for days.

He was asking people to slap him. I saw one female slapped his face in the DM video. He kept asking a male to hit him with his fist. Was he so intoxicated that he felt no pain at all? I detest alcohol and what it can do to human life.

About the face slapping . There is a sport (jeebus) that involves taking a pretty hard slap. The fist from the guy ….drunken bravado is my guess. Handsome dude.

From what I've read he was possibly thrown/pushed off a truck, could also be a jeep or golf cart for that matter. The "HOSTESS" from what I've read was female, is this correct? I am trying to take myself back to this young age and I have to say, If I threw a party I would want everyone gone night 1. IMO. I would also think he/she wouldn't have enough alcohol to last 4 days plus food etc. they need to find local beer distributors etc for video to see who may have bought large quantities of stuff. Finally, Who's house is this? We are talking about younger adults here so where were the homeowners? All IMO

A “young adult” 4 day party could mean sleeping on the couch, sharing bedrooms, getting up to breakfast, hang out, party. Doesn’t necessarily mean not sleeping during that time frame. I have a feeling these party goers could clam up and keep secrets. I have watched it with 2 cases in my town- and others on WS. Kiplyn Davis and Nathan Haun. Pacts were made and secrets were kept right up to today.

Dead Oklahoma teen may have been dragged

Yes, it truly is a horrific crime of a very brutal death. This tall, dark and handsome 19yo had his teeth knocked out, his nose and a cheek bone broken, and his face was badly bruised and heavily swollen. Well, too, the back of his head was crushed from blunt force trauma. Due to the severity of his bruises, I have a feeling we're looking at a death due to internal bleeding. Maybe the head injury was last?

He was described as being a 'ladies man'. Wonder if envy, jealousy was a motive since Noah was in a vulnerable condition for the opportunity.

How horrible! I don't understand what could possibly have caused the injuries they said he had. In the Banfield video, it said all his injuries (and there were MANY) were on his upper half and all on the left side. Very strange. And by the way, he was found naked except for shoes, but only one of the shoes was his, and the other was a shoe of a friend! (???) I didn't get any idea from the video of what they all thought probably happened to him at all. My only thought was that maybe he was dragged from a vehicle. One of his more striking injuries was his fingertips; they said they looked like they were all shredded!

There really wasn't any info in the video about the investigation, and I haven't heard anything from anywhere else about this case. I live in the same state (OK) but no idea where this town is; in fact, I've never even heard of it, which is very odd. I didn't know there were any towns in OKlahoma I hadn't heard of. Must be tiny.

I'm sure they've talked to everyone who was at this party he was at. Wonder what they had to say. Who saw him last and what was going on then? Really terrible case, he had to have suffered so much. Hope they find out what actually happened to him.

Terral, Oklahoma is just over the Texas border in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. There is a casino in Terall. This happened between Waurika and Terall OK. Hopefully that helps you with where this happened at. Noah's body was found on the side of the road on Highway 81.

It'd be interesting to know how many of them watched it happen but didn't intervene. In attempting to put some form of a puzzle together, imagine 6'2" tall Noah being hauled away from the party house in the back of a truck with the tail gate down. I believe he was fiercely pummeled without the killer or killers holding back punches while at the house party.

Perhaps he was already dead but certainly dying at the time he's put in the bed of a truck. He's 6'2" tall, so his legs are toward the cab, with his head hanging over the edge of the tailgate, arms dangling, fingertips touching a roadway. The fingertips had gravel in them so did those injuries happen in route to the final CS? The road rash, ugh, mh happened as he was being placed, by carrying his feet and dragging him, on the roadside where he was left naked and alone.

This is exactly what I was thinking as well. With all the goofing off at the party, having people slap him and asking people to punch him. It always seemed like either truck surfing or maybe he tried to hold on to someone's vehicle as they were leaving and the driver may not have even known he grabbed onto vehicleor jumped in bed of truck showing off. It seems like a very quick decision to leave by having 2 different shoes on. All my opinion of course.

They say he was "fearless". This worrisome if this means he'd behave as if he were invincible.

The family have told reporters:
- It appears he was dumped on the side of the road
- The family feels like they've been left in the dark
- The medical examiner report hasn't been released to them(!)
- Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the investigation is ongoing and won't release more information.

I hope local news will keep the pressure on LE so the family can get justice and answers.

When I read what you posted, that they say he was fearless, and watching him egg on party goers to hit him, and then not even flinching, it makes me wonder if someone wanted to be the one to put the fear in the "fearless" guy. Out Alpha the Alpha male or something. Make him feel big in his mind to take Noah out. Or to at least bend a knee, or call uncle, or whatever, and it went a tad too far.

I wonder what the reason for not releasing the ME report to the family is. Is that normal for a murder case?

It can take two to three days for permanent marker to fade from the skin on its own, according to Northern New England Poison Center.

So, from all that I bolded above, it sounds like he was drug behind a vehicle and bounced around on the ground to get all those injuries. A video one of you posted upthread said there was gravel under his nails. That makes me think he might have been trying to hang on, like to stop from being pulled (like trying to grip the ground).

On the other hand, I'd have thought his teeth would have been scattered over a distance. It sounds like they might have been near his body. It's all very odd.

Good old Zippo Ronson or Ronsonol lighter fluid is also great at removing Sharpie type permanent marking ink as well. The type of substrate the ink is on can affect the ability to remove it a bit. Try it on an inconspicuous place first if possible. MOO

The only thing I can think of is they didn't want their names on a dead man's butt, BUT, I can't see them cleaning his behind AFTER his ordeal, and doing it before whatever happened just seems like premeditation or something. Like they all knew something bad was about to happen to him, so didn't want their autographs on his behind. And even that doesn't make sense to me. What's he going to do? "Sure, you can clean the writing off my bottom" and then stand there and let someone do that? It makes no sense to me. That's the part that's bugging me about that part of what happened.

Yes, I don’t disagree….. and wish we had more answers too. Unfortunately we don’t, and was just trying to respond to the prior questions. It surely does raise questions if there was some cleanup attempt pre or post mortem? And yes, IANAL, but would seem IMO to go to obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, desecration of a body / corpse (if post mortem), etc?

Maybe it will take some serious charges laid at the apparent participants in an effort to get better answers. I could not watch the entire video…… it was getting unsettling. Granted one can ask for something, but another doesn’t have to deliver it. A rather disturbing case IMO. MOO

He may have been incapacitated before hand. Which would have allowed those involved to remove the writing. Then they /someone continued to do further damage to his body. jmo
