MOTION TO HOLD DEFENDANT WITHOUT BAIL
Ita.I haven't had a nightmare about a case for a long time. This is just so terrifying, knowing evil can walk among us with a kind smile on its face and we don't even know or suspect. This is true evil. I saw those innocent women and mothers getting blocked in and no way out but to get executed by a bunch of lunatics horror movie style. And these kind of people could be anywhere. My thoughts go out to the locals and neighbors who believed these were good people. Who do you trust anymore?
True, but surely that can be said about any murder...and there are a lot of murders.Ita.
Esp. the bolded.
So senseless, and all over a reason that didn't have to be.
Neither of the victims hurt anyone.
Pointless.
Omo.
God, I have been WAITING for someone else to bring this up! They don't like the government but they are sure okay taking those subsidies from them. I know some people in California involved in agriculture and have seen and heard some things about these subsidies. In the previous thread CuriousCricket wrote :

Logic is clearly not a requirement for those in the Misfits. While they are claiming to be against the government they are not against taking money from said government. A quick look at the farm subsidies received by TC, TA & Cole and their various entities show that each of them has received many thousands of dollars from the government through various programs

Thanks for this, too.Bringing over Error505's post from the previous thread:
"Tifany’s attorney who handled the custody case regarding the grchildren was Stephen Jones, infamous for having represented Timothy McVeigh, OKC bomber. What chance does a young country girl, with limited finances, stand when it comes to fighting a custody battle with an attorney of his notoriety? Very slim chances of prevailing, and expensive even pursuing. I’ve got to really hand it to that young mom, she tried hard and didn’t give up. I’m sure TA thought she would give up! Here’s an interview Chris Cuomo did with Stephen Jones on Wednesday of this week."
I was browsing HBO last night and a new documentary about the OKC bombing was suggested to me that I ended up watching. It's "An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th."
TA's custody attorney, Stephen Jones, was interviewed at length about McVeigh. The documentary covered the roots of McVeigh's beliefs and his possible connection to a rural Arkansas extremist group. Lots of parallels between the beliefs and motivations of those featured in the documentary and God's Misfits, IMO. If you have HBO/Hulu, I highly recommend it.
