New case in Aug '24, but membership required to see details:

Thanks - I looked for records in the County court system but to verify it through the County court site required a fee (the "free" records are just circuit court and tax records and some court calendars). So since the county site required a fee I didn't link. The "free" record link is in here as well though. Oregon Judicial Department : Find a Case or Court Record : How Do I? : State of Oregon

First time I can recall seeing "Overdue" used: "Missing/Overdue Person"
Agreed. Makes me wonder if “overdue” is in reference to some type of legally required check-in that he missed?
We see this often in cases of missing hikers who are due back within an estimated time according to the length and difficulty of the trail.

Here are a couple examples:

I wish they'd publish a photo of his car, or one like it. MOO

Daryl routinely wears thin rimmed eyeglasses and drives a gold Honda Element, with front passenger door damage. The vehicle is bearing an Oregon license plate 450 LTM.

People v. Daryl Tymon (F21-00018) On March 5, 2021, Daryl Thomas Tymon (age 35 of Portola) was convicted of a felony count of possessing a concealed, loaded and unregistered firearm. Tymon is scheduled to be sentenced on April 9, 2021. Tymon was arrested on January 11, 2021 when a concerned citizen contacted Sheriff’s deputies about Tymon having mental health and substance abuse issues. Tymon was subsequently located and found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a loaded, unregistered revolver in his pocket. I want to thank Deputy Tyler Hermann for his efforts in quickly locating the defendant and diffusing a potentially dangerous situation.

I have heard from a member of Mr. Tymon's family who says he is deceased. I can't find anything to confirm this. Could someone please see if you can find anything to confirm this information?
Thank you,
Tricia

As of this morning, I do not see any mention of his death....

Can the source provide a date and location of the death? He was last seen on 9/2 - if death was within past few days, I can see the news not 'making its way' through reporting channels yet, especially if it occurred in a jail, since he may not have been considered 'newsworthy.'
