Picture of brother in law here.

Coquille (KMTR) - The brother in law of a missing Coquille woman has been arrested and charged with her murder.
Jayme Austin, 31, was last seen Monday morning.
The CoosCounty district attorney says a grave site was found about 10:30 p.m. Thursday a short distance off Middle Creek Road. Investigators believe the body buried there is Austin’s.
Because it was dark, the site was secured overnight and investigators were on scene Friday morning to try and confirm the body’s identity and what may have happened to her.
Austin’s brother-in-law, Patrick Lee Horath, 45, is charged with murder.
More details were to be released at a Friday afternoon news conference.

Anyone know if any of the local channels there will stream the presser?

If a presser is streamed could someone please give a run-down as I am having a heck of a time this morning with my Firewall and Defender quap.....my screen keeps freezing.

Thank you muches!

So unbelievably sad. I watched this case on Nancy Grace last night, and my heart and prayers really go out to Jaymes family.

Oh no, I just read the sad news on KGW.

RIP Jayme Sue Austin

No.....Checked in last night to see if there was any news....

Why...Im shaking....

I live about 15 minutes from Coquille. This is so very sad and tragic. I am greatful that our police have actually made an arrest in this case. Coquille police seem to be notorious for letting cases go cold.

This is a link to our local newspaper.

This one is out of Eugene, the closest large city to us. They will probally do a live stream of the news conference.

Im trying to find out....

I saw this case on NG last night and was struck by how "close" to Jayme this person must have been. For some stupid reason the thing that kept nagging at me was the vacuumed floor and the throw rug folded up and put on the counter. I am curious to see where this will go now that the brother in law has been arrested in terms of motive.

Such a horrible tragedy no matter who the perp is but I would think it must even be more difficult when it is a member of your own family.

RIP Jayme. Prayers to your family and friends.

I know Suzi. I was thinking about that too. Or if that was just a weird coincidence.

I wonder if the BIL was the stalker.

Or he was aware of the 'stalker' issue and thought suspicion would focus on that.

Yes, or even fabricated the "stalker." I wonder if he may have been stalking her to deflect attention away from him as a kind of alibi, knowing he was going to kill her....

Maybe she knew about something bad he'd done (cheating on her sister? stealing from his work?) and he wanted to kill her and created a fake stalker so everyone would think the mysterious stalker killed her?

The presser is supposed to be in a bit more than an hour from now. Has anyone found a link in order for us to watch it live?

This is such a tragic story--not just because of Jayme's death, but also that her sister's husband was apparently the culprit. Jayme's children must be devastated. My heart goes out to Jayme's entire family.

Rest in Peace, Jayme

Kcby.com is the closest channel, broadcasting from Coos Bay. Kval is their sister station in Eugene. Probably too late to email and find out if they will stream it. I am in between flights on my berry so would appreciate the updates.

The kid in the lab band pics/facebook page on page 8 is NOT the perp. No idea if related or not.
