I would guess the FBI are using the USA PATRIOT Act to monitor all of their communications. In which case, the FBI agents would just have to hit the disconnect button.

Live from Burns Oregon - Shawnah Cox Video Interview

Another interview today with SC. It is very long doubt I will finish it.

I think that's the same interview from a few days ago. Without watching the whole thing, I base that on what is in some of the comments about the woman interviewer going on and on about things she claims she (and no one else) can see in the FBI Finicum video.

I don't think the Feds are going to take too kindly to the fact that Ammon's lawyer is slipping out messages from jail. On the other hand, I would imagine that any such statements he makes can be used against him in a court of law. You think?

U.S. Magistrate Judge Janice Stewart released Oregon resident Duane Ehmer on bail Thursday. Ehmer is one of the 16 indicted militants who occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

As a convicted felon, Ehmer is not allowed to possess firearms. But when he was arrested last month, he was found with two guns and ammunition that police said were buried in hay in a trailer Ehmer pulled behind his truck.

Occupiers Not In Listed Indictment Could Face Charges

One of the public faces of the occupation, Blaine Cooper, disappeared shortly after the initial arrests of the Bundys and others. Cooper was known for posting dramatic video updates from inside the refuge. He had also claimed that Arizona Department of Child Safety attempted to take his kids into custody while he and his wife, Melissa, were in Oregon, because of his involvement with the occupation.

Both Blaine and Melissa Cooper have gone silent since the arrests, except when Blaine Cooper called into a conservative talk radio show on Jan. 29. Blaine told the radio host he checks daily to see if a warrant is out for his arrest. “If they tried to do anything to me, I’m going to go the way LaVoy did,” he said on the show.

The Coopers’ whereabouts are now unknown.
