Still there. They said they would come out tomorrow, but they said they are not surrendering. Rev. Franklin Graham and a Nevada Assembly woman, Michele Fiore will be there for the surrender tomorrow.

There was a crazy live stream earlier. A rerun is playing now. I missed a lot of it but, boy they sure were out of control earlier. Cussing, yelling at the FBI agents.

Doesn't sound like the surrender will be peaceful... I'm hoping all LE and other innocents will remain unhurt. Why in the world would Franklin Graham and Fiore want front row seats to this?? I'd be hiding in the hills... can't trust these wackos...

Tomorrow's going to be an exciting day on other fronts too- they announced that they found some remains very near where Sierra LaMar went missing, I'm expecting a huge rug to be delivered, and I'm going to try to dye my hair for Valentine's Day, and DD has a dentist app't.

The assembly women is on the highway between Dallas and Burns speeding. Hope the Texas highway patrol stops them.

If they get stopped, I think that will be the Oregon State Police that will do it. Not the Texas Highway Patrol.

I disagree. If she can get them to surrender peacefully, more power to her. If the FBI can take them first without killing them, thats even better. But the last thing we need is more martyrs.

From what I can tell she is coordinating negotiations with the FBI. I don’t think she needs to coordinate he travel plans with anyone.

It didn’t sound like the militants thought that would happen, but Michelle Fiore sure sounded like she thought it would. Hopefully the FBI will keep any nonsense like that from happening. She needs to get them to come out of there and surrender, and thats all.

I believe she flew to Portland to be near her Bundy friends. The trip to Burns is a side trip. Also Eugene and Bend have limited flights. It’s probably easier, and cheaper to just fly to PDX.

FBI Surrounds Occupiers at the Malheur National Wildlife​

"At approximately 4:30 p.m. (Pacific) on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, one of the occupiers rode an ATV outside the barricades established by the militia at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. FBI agents attempted to approach the driver, and he returned to the encampment at the refuge at a high rate of speed.
At this time, the FBI has moved to contain the remaining occupiers by placing agents at barricades both immediately ahead of and behind the area where the occupiers are camping. Negotiations between the occupiers and the FBI continue. No shots have been fired.
“It has never been the FBI’s desire to engage these armed occupiers in any way other than through dialogue, and to that end, the FBI has negotiated with patience and restraint in an effort to resolve the situation peacefully. However, we reached a point where it became necessary to take action in a way that best ensured the safety of those on the refuge, the law enforcement officers who are on scene, and the people of Harney County who live and work in this area,” said Greg Bretzing, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI in Oregon.
Wednesday marks day 40 of the occupation of the refuge.Further updates will be released as appropriate."

I think Sandy Anderson is the real problem. Sean is just doing whatever she wants. David Fry and Jeff Banta are just along for the ride. They all have pretty serious mental issues and none of them want to go to prison. But I think Sandy Anderson is going to be the one who decides how this will end, and her moods seem to change fast.

I predicted that, as soon as I heard about his plans to fly to Oregon. Two years is a long time to wait to arrest him. I think he is going to eventually have some charges for this situation too. He has been getting too involved with it lately.

Well, they need to have private aircraft for that. Since there is no commercial flights there. I have wondered why the FBI is not flying in and out of Burns. I thought they would fly the others when they arrested them. But instead they put them in separate vans and drove them all the way to Portland.
